“A gem of a hotel in Florence”

We had a wonderful four days in Florence, staying in this hotel. It's beautifully located to give you access to all of Florence. The staff is friendly and, above all, helpful. The breakfast buffet is a cut above and is held in a lovely room. All in all, this is a great place to stay in Florence.
