“Great Experience!”

My husband and I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful, everyone spoke English very well. They even upgraded our room for no extra cost so we got a bathroom attached to our room! The location is great! We walked everywhere from our hotel, never had to take a cab or a bus or anything. The hotel can make reservations for you at the Uffizi or Accademia Galleries for you. This is a great bargain for a great hotel!

“Clean and good value”

Hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the train station and is pretty much very convenient for everything and to anywhere only if you don't mind that your private bath room is outside on the hall way.

“Terrible budget accommodation”

To be honest I was not happy with this 'hotel' at all. After trekking up the 2 flights of stairs with heavy cases (no lift) we were greeted by the owner who showed us our room- just opposite the main desk!! The room was dated, had a sunken blue bed and dirty smoky mirror that you may find in your grandparents house! The bathroom was big and clean on a positive note. After being asked to pay for our accommodation again, even after we had already done so on expedia, my friend and I were out of there! Rebooked at hotel Roma (v.nice) using the hotels free wifi, paid our cancellation fee and exited promptly! bad start to Florence!
