“Very Nice - Feels like a home”

Better than a hotel room, this recent remodeled apartment with kitchenette, gives you the option of privacy , saving money in food with a great trendy location. More ample than average hotel room, this apartment is nicely decorated in contemporary style with confort. We avoided busy restaurants by cooking our fresh, best quality meals in own privacy. Nice large bed with modern but yet simple decor, makes you feel at home. The great location, full of the world's high end brand name stores, plenty cafe bars and restaurants welcome you to walk to the world's most important art gallaries and museums in this beautiful city. “Nice appartment. GREAT location in the middle of Florence.”

Got a great rate. I mean GREAT! I can't tell you what a good value this place was. Location was perfect. Right there in Piazza della Republica. Convenient to the taxi pickups. It was NOT a hotel. It was an appartment. That means you clean your own room. That is no problem for me. They had a nice kitchenette for those who want to prepare their own food. Nobody bothered us. No room service waking us up. Room was very modern looking. Not sure about that air conditioner, though. Didn't blow very much air and the air it did blow wasn't very cold.

“Central location for Florence visit”

The best thing about this place is the location: not too far from just about anywhere. Close to restaurants, pharmacy, bars, shopping, markets, museums. And there's a pretty antique carousel out front. The square was pretty lively into the night hours; so if you're looking for somewhere really quiet or away from it all this is not it. But if you like to be in the midst of things, then stay here. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy. The kitchenette was convenient. The elevator in the building is quite tiny - claustrophics beware. Good closet space in the wardrobes. Nice tall ceilings.

“Good Location”

Great location but the hotel had some quirks: 1. You have to check in a few blocks away from the unit. Thus, we made no use of concierge service. 2. You needed to get through four controlled entries to get into your room. This made it difficult for other family members to go out without the key. 3. The safe did not work. When we locked our camera, laptop, etc. in the safe in the afternoon, it would not open that evening. When requesting assistance from the front desk, they could not provide any service to open the safe until the next morning. This prevented the use of our laptops and cameras for over 12 hours. 4. Some crank caller kept calling our room several times - we notified the front desk for assistance. The calls continued and we finally had to unhook the phone. 5. Cleanliness could have been better.

“Room is fine the building is horrible”

The room was great. The location is walking distance of all sites like Duomo, Uffizi, Porto Vechio, etc.. How ever the building that the roms are located is abandoned. The rooms where in one floor of the building and the reception is in another hotel a 5 minutes walk away. Do not expect any room or conceirge service.
