“Excellent place to stay!”
My sister, nephew, and I stayed in a lovely suite that exceeded our expectations. Everything was modern, immaculate, and wonderfully laid out. We received great service and excellent advice and information. Staff were responsive to our requests. Location meant we had to take a bus to get to areas of Florence we wanted to visit, but bus stop was a short walk and easy ride. . . and a great way to see other areas of the city and feel not so much like a tourist. I would recommend this hotel . . in fact, we wanted to stay an extra night, but it was booked solid. For good reason!
“Quadra Key in November”
We took a quick trip to Florence for our anniversary in early November and got a great deal on the Quadra Key. Our room was exactly as portrayed online. We booked the classic apartment, but were upgraded to a king sized bed. I'm not sure how a regular room would look. We had a large bedroom, sitting room/kitchen/eating room combo, and bathroom. All appliances and dishes were nice and we had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful. We had a couple of issues with the bathroom, which they immediately took care of. We were very pleased with our stay.
“Nice Apartment”
We stayed only one night on this apartment outside of florence, it fit our purpose with 2 kids. It has a kitchen and a large Balcony and was perfect for us to refresh ourselves after a long cruise trip in the Med. There is a super Market next door and also a Self Laundry facility a block away, Perfect for Family!
“Convenient to airport”
The helpful staff greeted us warmly and provided information about the local bus service and tickets to the old section of Florence and Fiesole. The surrounding area seemed safe and a convenient small market was adjacent to the hotel for buying food for our meals to cook in the kitchenette, which was well stocked with equipment. There is also a coffee bar next to the hotel. Comfortable beds, very clean overall. Quiet. Would definitely stay again for a quick exit to the airport.

“Great apartment”
we were very pleased and happy with the 2 bedroom apartment. It was spacious,clean and had every convenience. The price was right. Although the apartment was not in the center of Florence, the bus was close by. It would have been ideal if the apartment was closer to the city center but it is close to the airport. All in all, we were extremely pleased.
“Very clean and accomodating”
I only stayed for a night and had to be close to the airport which made Quadra ideal, booked at a very good rate, well below published cost through Expedia Not the closest to downtown Florence, but a doable walk, and plenty of restaurants in the area if you are just looking for a place to eat.

good room for our family. hotel staff was very helpful.
“Great option”
We like it very much, situated between airport and city. All rooms have kitchenette, and a supermarket very close to the hotel. Public transport to downtown within 3 minutes walking. It does not have restaurant. But it is a great option for long stays.
“Good location for overnight stay before going to the airport”
We chose this hotel for an overnight stay because it was relatively close to the airport (less than 10 minutes by taxi), and we had a very early morning flight the next day. The hotel was clean but somewhat spartan, but it served our purposes fully. I wouldn't recommend it if you were wanting to stay somewhere special or closer to the heart of Florence. The people working there were very nice and helpful though.
