“Central hotel, great price, great staff!!”
Look, there are always some negatives that one can find, but this time I have nothing but praise for this hotel and its staff. The price/quality and location are superb; however what really made this hotel great was an exceptionally friendy and helpful staff. I expect we will return when making another short trip to visit Firenze.
“Great hotel in excellent location”
This was the second time my wife and I stayed at the Strozzi, and we were quite pleased once again. As withour first visit, the hotel staff were courteous and helpful, and they all spoke passable English. The spacious and comfortable rooms more than make up for the entrance (one flight of stairs or a small elevator ride to the lobby from the street access) and narrow hallways. The breakfast was not as good as when we stayed here in 2007 (no frittatas this time, and the bread selection was more limited), but it was good enough to fuel you for the day. The chief appeal of the hotel to us, though, is it's location, just a short block away from the Piazza de la Repubblica, and a short walking distance to most of the sights (including the Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace) and shopping.

Our experience in the hotel was magnificent. It is a very good hotel, clean and comfortable and its location in the city is perfect. All staff is very professional and helpful. Very good attention at all times and very well served breakfast. Definitely recommend it.
“Very Impressed”
The hotel was very nice. they had free wifi. everyone was really nice. it was in a prime location right in the middle of everything. good complimentary breakfast. we did have 3 people and the main bed was ok but the bed for the third person was horrible. it was pretty much like sleeping on a box spring. other then that everything was great.
“A Perfect Gem”
Hotel Strozzi was a great option. It is so convenient to all the major sights and the neighborhood was quiet. The room we had was very large and so was the bath. The breakfast was different each day and was more than sufficient. The staff was friendly. We had a car and it was parked for us and returned when needed ( for a cost). Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to all friends going to Florence.
“Nice romantic getaway”
I celebrated my 25th wedding anniversary at this hotel. It was one of the best. The room was the largest and the best view anyone can expect. The only minor issue is it doesn’t have an elevator. Aside from that I highly recommend the hotel as a romantic getaway.
“Florence Ideal Location”
Hotel Strozzi Palace is a small hotel ideally located in central Florence - everything is just a short walk away. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful with reccomendations for restaurants and tips on how to minimise waiting times for entry to Duomo, Uffizzi etc. If you are travelling by car they have a great valet parking service at Euro28 per day but the hotel is not easy to find being in the restricted central zone and the Florence one way system is a nightmare. Better by taxi.

The Strozzi Palace Hotel is a great Hotel located in the Heart of the city. I would definitely go back and would highly recommend this place.
