"Hotel retains its charm and perfect downtown location. Years into the hotel's life, there's still no sign up front directing traffic to the upper (main ) parking lot, and poor signage in that lot to get folks to the sidewalk leading to the hotel. (the front desk didn't even mention their unusual parking arrangement). I also wish they would have plastic drinking glasses in the bathroom. I broke a glass one. (I was clumsy at times, but so are other guests. The risks exceed the benefits.)"

"Room clean and spacious! Staff very friendly. Breakfast manager seemed annoyed and kept cutting guest off to reload food -no “excuse me”. Pancake maker was not working :( otherwise great stay- check in was a breeze and able to get in room early"
