"The room was spacious, very clean, balcony was huge with a view over the front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. Particularly the resteraunt staff. Veronica was very helpful with the menu and very courteous. The food was excellent both for breakfast & Dinner. A minor observation was that the power sockets in the room required a different adapter, not supplied , we had to loan from reception. Also there was no tea making facilities in the room , we had to ask for this from reception, and inconvenience rather than a complaint, we should of been told of this on checking in. The Bars both inside & by the pool were not operational., throughout our stay. Overall it was a very nice hotel oh and the pools were very good & well maintained. Anyone who may be planning to go there should be aware that it's a remote location, no local transport whatsoever. Imperative that you need a car. There is no shuttle bus available. A taxi cost £60 to the town. I don't think I've been over critical, but I hope this review helps you as a potential visitor."

"I booked this property through Expedia as a Platinum member chose it based on it being VIP property, photos and positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations. The location in Ortigia is excellent and breakfast was appreciated. However, the room (22) we were assigned was in noticeably poorer condition than expected. It was a lower-level room with signs of dampness, visible mold/mildew in the room, rust on bathroom fixtures, and general maintenance issues. The room was functional but did not feel consistent with the quality represented in the listing photos. We explored alternative room options, the discussions became difficult and frustrating. While the hotel ultimately refunded an upgrade charge after we decided not to proceed with the room change, the overall handling of the situation left us disappointed. My constructive feedback for management would be: Address mold, dampness, and maintenance issues in the lower-level rooms. Ensure room photos accurately represent the range and condition of rooms guests Handle guest concerns with a more solution-oriented approach. Ortigia is a wonderful place to visit, but based on this experience I would likely choose a different property on a future trip."

"We are a family of four, have traveled extensively and absolutely loved this hotel! Perfect location, able to valet park, breakfast included, but what really made it truly amazing is how friendly the staff were, including: Denise-who even helped us with our luggage to our room, Sonia-who was a delight in the morning at breakfast, even bringing us freshly squeezed orange juice (definitely get this!) and I’m not sure of his name, but the gentleman who made us cappuccinos every morning-he was wonderful. They were all simply delightful! If you are a runner, I highly recommend running along the water each morning. My only suggestion would be to make sure everything is removed from your car, we left with one less 12V charger, not a big deal, just take all of your belongings. Will definitely come back one day!"

"We spent four nights in a Superior Triple Room, all-inclusive, and had an incredible time. The resort is vast, the food is incredible and the staff are very helpful. There is a genuine effort to offer food that is fresh, varied as well producing local delicacies. Although there is a shuttle bus frequently to Syracuse, we chose to spend all of our time within the resort alternating our time from the two wonderful pools and the beach. We would come back in a heartbeat and are interested in what other VOI resorts are available. It's worth noting that their season truly begins from 1st June meaning there are more activities from this date nevertheless we still enjoyed children's entertainment din late May despite their official season not starting quite yet. It's also worth noting that food and drink from the beach facility is excluded even if you have chosen all inclusive. 10/10 would go again!!!"

"They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It's a great hotel de relax, the beach a close and amazing, the pool area calm and clean. The saff was just amazing I couldn't thank them enough for the stay they provided. The breakfast buffet was delicious also. I greatly recommended this hotel."
