"The hotel staff was very nice. The hotel was nice, but there was a huge problem. The first floor of the hotel is occupied by bars, diners, small or bigger eatery places. All they play incredible horrible noisy music. My husband and I had the room with the balcony, but the music was so horribly loud, that we could not hear each other talking. The hotel claimed that they have private beach. This is not true. The hotel owes a few parking lots adjacent to their parking lot. This parking is used by public to park their cars and go to the beach. This is public beach, not the hotel beach. I asked one of the receptionists to have the bars downstairs to lower the music volume. She said that this is public place, and she cannot control music volume. The music plays from 9 am in the morning to 10pm at night. You cannot even hear the sound of ocean. Other than terrible horrible loud music, this is decent hotel. In addition to that, people in the bar smoke like crazy, and you can smell it on the balcony."

"The resort was very nice and we enjoyed the location , room was clean and ready for early check in. The down of the resort is parking , the parking is not directly near your room and because they have a restaurant there sometimes it gets full. The other thing is that in our room the shades let the light come in and no curtains to prevent it. So if you plan to sleep is a bit hard . No phone in room so make sure to take your chargers.. Everything else was great ! 👍"

"Even an average hotel can shine with the right staff, but this hotel not only was clean and comfortable, but the staff went above and beyond to be friendly, helpful, warm and polite. The breakfast was really well done and clean and we’d come back."

"I am so happy I chose this place for a relaxing weekend—what a beautiful, wonderful spot. I simply love it; the rooms are absolutely lovely and fully equipped—spacious and clean. The staff is friendly, and the private beach is beautiful, offering everything from floats and umbrellas to chairs and loungers. There is free parking, too. Although it is a 3-star hotel, it is better than a 5-star one. My husband and I fell in love with Hotel Casa Playa. Rest assured, we will be back soon."
