“great staff excellent location”
no complaints.no worries and super friendly and helpful staff...rooms were very clean,beds(had 2 queens) were great,located around the corner from everything..would stay here again and can offer only positive remarks on all the details including price!!!!
“Under construction”
Good place to stay if on business. No good if a family vacation. The hotel is under construction. Had a nice selection of rolls bagels & cereal for B-fast. Really nice people.

great hotel in downtown Fort Myers - loved the bar and restaurant, too! We hope to get back there for another visit when the Red Sox are in town for Spring Training.

Hotel is second closest to Historic Downtown, which is the best spot for restaurants and nightlife in the Fort Myers area.
“clean and comfortable”
We were very pleased with the cleanliness ane the comfort of the room. Hotel staff was very nice. Some renovations were going on while we were there, but it did not interfer. There is a Dunkin Donuts in front of the Hotel, that was very convient. We would stay at this hotel again.

the staff are very nice and helpful. the room was average. The location is very convenient to downtown and places to eat and see (edison estates) generally very good.

My stay at Holiday Inn Fort Myers Downtown was very pleasant. I found the hotel to be very clean, seemed to have been renovated with a very nice restaurant and very professional staff. We were down in Fort Myers for a very serious family matter to deal with and found the hotel to be a nice break from the matter at hand, very convenient from the downtown area and it provided us with the comfort we needed at the end of the day. Thank you to the staff who made our stay flawless.
