“LaQuinta - Sunderland”
Great and accommodating staff. Tasty and assorted breakfast buffet. The only suggestion I can make is to to pay a little more detailed attention to the pool and hot tub area cleanliness. Tables and chairs around the pool area were clean and tidy. Towels were plentiful.

This is a great value. The lady on the desk was most helpful. The room was clean, very well furnished, and way more than I expected. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in Ft. Myers. Will also recommend it to all who go. Mel's Diner next door is good foor for a fair price. Both the hotel and the diner are not ultra fancy, but a great value. I've paid a LOT more in this area and gotten a LOT less.

“Good Value Choice Wonderful Staff”
Our first room smelled strongly of smoke covered by air freshener. A request to change rooms was graciously accomodated by front desk staff. They even called the new room to ensure we were satisfied. The lobby and breakfast area were bright clean and well maintained, as was the room itself. Room had large fridge and microwave. There is an unaffiliated diner next door, cute atmosphere and very tasty food. The only downside was the mattresses. They are obviously inexpensive mattresses and I am a spoiled traveler accustomed to the plush comfy sleep number beds at more expensive hotels. For the price, though, I felt it was an excellent choice in a nice safe location.

A friend recommend LaQuita to me after I complained about several bad hotel experiences in Fort Myers. This place was great and a very good value. It's next to Mel's Diner which is good, Reben is thing to order there.

Workers were friendly. Rooms clean. Everything was perfect.
