“A wonderful stopover for the wayfaring traveler.”

There are two buildings to the hotel. One is newer than the other. We stayed in the new building and it was just great. The manager was wonderfully accommodating and helpful. The room had everything we needed and more! We'd definitely opt to stay in this hotel over "fancier" ones in town.

The location off the service road makes this a great site. Great breakfast in the morning. I will defintely recommending this Ramada to other travellers.

i was in fort nelson for 1 night heading from Surrey to Whitehorse. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. The free wireless internet saved my life. Out of all the expedia hotels it was the best deal and it included a kitchenette. The complimentary breakfast was very good and included everything from cereal and muffins to freshly made omelettes. Will definitely be staying there on my way back :)

“Great Place”

The staff did everything to make our stay pleasant. In particular, the continential breakfast was spectacular, the best we had on our nine day trip. The proprietor was very friendly.

“Helpful, friendly hosts”

We moved my daughter into town and were looking for a place that could accommodate us with a kitchenette. Although the kitchenette area was small it was comfortable and afforded us a great place to get away from the unpacking and such and save a few dollars by eating in. What made the whole move memorable was the gracious hospitality of our hosts Roger and Jamie. When we told them of my daughters relocation to town they were extremely helpful in giving us directions to the local eateries, hardware store(s), utility providers, phone and internet options, etc. When we took our breaks from the move, we sought refuge on one of the picnic tables on the property and they stopped by to see how we were doing, if we were successful in our search for things in town and if we needed any other assistance not to hesitate to ask.

“Super Clean Convenient Stay”

Very clean and convenient hotel in Fort Nelson, BC. Staff was incredibly helpful and provided advice on dinner and gas options. Room was average size and newness but amazingly clean! Morning breakfast bar was worth the stay alone!! Homemade "eggies" (ham, egg, and cheese sandwiches) and huge muffins were amazing. This place is ideal if stopping over in Fort Nelson!

“Sleepless Night”

The hotel has paper thin walls. Very noisy from other rooms and the parking lot outside. Could hear word for word conversations from other rooms and people smoking outside. Do not stay here if you enjoy a good night's sleep.

“Worst Hotel Ever”

I checked in Thursday afternoon. I entered my room and I immediately noticed that the TV was broken and the internet did not work. The manager ginger said that their maintenance man was gone until Monday and there was no way of getting another room or TV. She also said the internet was going to take a while to fix (never was). For our troubles she gave a $13 discount. The next morning between the hours of 0830 and 0930 4 people I assume were from the hotel staff tried to enter our room. They did not knock or announce that they were coming in they just used their key and entered. Once when my wife was alone in a towel. This was completely unacceptable for a Ramada Hotel. I will never stay at another Ramada or affiliate nor recommend it to friends or family.
