“Great room for the price - minutes from Harborwalk”
We had a great stay - booked last minute (as in, on the way) and didn't want to stay in the cheapest places in Destin, but didn't want to spend too much either. BIG fridge for all of the fish we caught on the charter trips in the efficiency kitchen. The bathroom was all in a separate room, which I liked. Had some difficulties checking in and the clerk was wonderful in getting it sorted out, adding free wi-fi for our troubles. We'll def stay there again!
“Nice Hotel”
The hotel renovations were great. The hotel smelled and looked new. The room was great and provided everything we needed, including a stove, refrigerator and even pots and dishes. We saved a lot of money by cooking our own food and utilizing the free continental breakfast.
“Better than the pictures show”
The cost was so cheap that I was expecting a dinky hotel off the side of the road. Nope. The hotel is in a beautiful location and it very nice itself.
“I was impressed”
I was both surprised and impressed by this hotel. Our room was both clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very pleasant and eager to meet our needs. I wouldn't call the breakfast "breakfast" since it was only muffins, juice, and coffee, but it was okay. We stayed in a smoking room and I was surprised it did not smell of smoke. It was roomy and close to the beach (not in walking distance) and near all the attractions, shopping and awesome restrauants. Overall we were really pleased and saved a ton of money. If your looking for a clean safe place to stay I would recomend this hotel.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. It was short on amenities but, I wasn't there for that besides the community had so many attractions (beach, beach, and beach). The hotel was centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and the beach.
“Extended Stay America hotel chain will be my first choice”
Staff is friendly. Definitely worth it compared to the money paid. Room looks more like a small suite with kitchen corner (cooking ware and utensils included), small sofa, coffee table, dining table which can also serve as writing table with two business chairs. Bed is not as comfortable. Linen can be old. But for the money that I paid, Extended Stay would definitely my first choice of stay everywhere go from now on.

“Not bad for the price”
My new husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon (we were on a tight budget). The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. The hallways and the elevator smelled a little funny, but that may have just been from something someone was cooking in their room (all the rooms have kitchenettes). The rooms have all been recently redone, so overall they are nice, however there was an unidentifiable stain on our comforter. Rather than ask for a new one, we just took it off the bed and put it in the closet - the room was a nice enough temperature that we didn't need it. Also, our toilet broke late one of the nights we were there, and it was fixed first thing in the morning. There is a pool, but we didn't use it - the beaches are much better. Overall a good experience - I would stay here again.
“Great Hotel”
This is the second time I have stayed here while visiting Destin and I have yet to be dissappointed. The hotel staff is extremely nice and very helpful.
