"Instructions for parking were confusing and the garage is a maze and not easy to navigate. Beautiful resort though with sweet town center with lost of things to do esp for kids. Stunning sunsets. The AC went out and took nearly an entire to get someone out to fix it."

We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "

"The condo was beautiful, very clean, and the perfect size for us. The absolute best part was the location. There was entrance to the beach right across the street. Also, the entrance to the condo complex was right on 30A so convenient when visiting Rosemary, Alys, Seaside, and Grayton State park. Very family friendly and safe. I would definitely stay there again."
