“Great Stay”
No problems, staff helpful, clean & comfortable hotel. I love the old feel look to it. great time
“Beautiful! Quite a surprise!!!”
This hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and Wal-Mart and yet, when you walk in the door, you're taken back in time to a period of gracious living. The wrap-around screened porch is a great place to relax. The lobby was lovely! I slept so well, that I missed breakfast. There is no doubt that the next time I'm in the area, I'll be staying here!
“Homey place for car buffs, or anybody”
The Auburn Inn is a really nice, independently run hotel. It is convenient to I-69, very quiet, has a homey lobby and is decorated with photos and models of classic automobiles. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed, and beds are very comfortable. I always make it a point to stay here when I'm in the area.
“Great choice for a hotel in Auburn”
We had a fantastic stay here for a few nights over the 2011 holiday season. It is a really nice hotel with a warm atmosphere, and friendly service. Our only constructive comment would be that we would suggest asking at the front desk about how to obtain a comfortable temperature in the room. The heater worked fine, it's just that the controls had somewhat ambiguous settings like "high heat" and "warmer". It took us a while to equilibrate to a comfortable temperature, but we eventually did, and had no problems after that. It only occurred to us later that we should have just asked. We would stay at the Quality Inn in Auburn again without hesitation.
