“Nice location.”
Very Good hotel for all things ( location,room,new hotel,service,,,,,,,,).
“Great Hotel”
Very nice hotel near the shopping areas and not too far from museums etc. The dining room with a balcony giving great views is very romantic.

“Would stay again”
The hotel room was clean, quiet, and a nice size. The front desk staff was quite helpful in arranging transporation and explaining the layout of the city. I also appreciated being able to check in much earlier than the usual check in time. The location is great - downtown and easy to walk to different neighborhoods for sightseeing, shopping, and dining.
“Good place to stay to visit Frankfurt”
Nice enough rooms, good bar and breakfast, area is a lot nicer than round about the main station and everything you would want to see is within walking distance. Good enough WIFI but a slight pain as its a username/password system.
“Great Hotel with Thin Walls and Feather Pillows”
This was a great hotel very conveniently located and a wonderful staff all the way from the front desk to the kitchen on the top floor! I got a real kick out of the optional conveyor belt elevator (jump on/ jump off), glass-box shower (make sure you are cozy with your roommate), and loved the restaurant view on the top floor. My two complaints were the kinky couple next door--Hey, it happens from time to time that there are "sounds" from the room next door. But after hours of some woman screaming at this guy at the top of her lungs, the butt smacking sounds, watching the clock tick past 1 then 2 am, I had to call the front desk and put an end to the fun! Someone came right away, it was obvious which room, and the presumably embarrassed couple did not make more noise. Also, the pillows were so comfortable-- at first! Soon my nose was completely plugged. I am guessing they were feather pillows. Perhaps I could have asked for others, but I just slept face up instead of my usual face down.
“Excellent hotel”
Very conveniently located just north of Hauptwache. Well-appointed, luxurious airy room with good a/c and facilities. The bed was large and comfortable, with good bedding. The safe is also large and can hold a reasonably-sized laptop. The staff are anglophone, and the breakfast is very filling, with an excellent offering of eggs cooked in many ways. The hotel feels very modern, high-quality and plush. The only negatives to our stay were that the (very reasonably priced, and cheaper than local bars!) minibar/fridge in our room seemed not to be working properly (it was warm), and we did not receive the correct number of towels or complement of toilet roll when the room was refreshed - problems that are easily fixed; and that the noise of a nearby club was audible on one night - part of the hazards of staying in the city. I would happily recommend this hotel.
“Rude service”
Great location next to the downtown area with quite hip decor, if you like your shower stall in the room. However, the hotel shows some wear and tear (stains on the carpet in the room) but more importantly, the service was outright rude and unpleasant. - when i called for a wake up call at 1 am there was no answer (thank god to iPhones) - when arriving in the breakfast room 5 minutes before closing one employee stated "can't you see we are cleaning up" while and other offered some bread to go. - at check out no cab was offered and only when we realized that no cab was waiting outside and walked back in to request one the call was made I definitely would not stay there again.
