This is a really convenient place to stay to catch a flight out of Frankfurt. The service is pretty good - dining options within the hotel are good, and the availability of a few spots outside in the airport gives a wide variety of choices.

The hotel is very nice overall.Expedia is not letting me write the facts about this hotel. They have night workers that do not belongs to a 5 stars hotel and the hotel staff did not blink. It could have been nana square in Bangkok. You get the idea.

The parking for the car was convenient once we found it. The only negative was the parking validation machine was not working. The lady at the reception desk was friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English for us. The room was clean and modern and the bathroom even had wash cloths! The walk to the terminal is the way to go!

Cool stylish room and convenient location. WiFi set up is overly complicated. Had to go back to the front desk. Was hard to figure out walking direction from Sixt rental car drop off to the hotel even though it was only like ten minutes.

The hotel is nice and restaurant was very good. The rooms were nice and clean except the first room issued The big problem is depending on where you arrive in the airport such as I did when I flew into Frankfurt. Very large airport. No signage to follow to find hotel. Used google maps and then Apple Maps to attempt to find hotel. Those programs had me go outside and attempt to locate the hotel and both were way wrong. After dragging my luggage around on sidewalks for 30 minutes. I found a different entrance to the airport. After asking a few security guards where is the hotel I finally located it. Beautiful inside lobby. However, I explained to the front desk person what happened she advised me not to use the Google or map programs. I explained I couldn’t find any signs either for the hotel. She stated the signs were there just very limited. She stated this all as oh well. I booked the hotel based on my disability and logistics. The hotel needs to send a good map out with the confirmation email. This put a damper on my Frankfurt stay.

The hotel entrance is unstaffed, on a different level than the hotel, no help with luggage. No taxis near the entrance. Unwalkable to terminal 1 or 2. Front desk unable to print a PDF 1 page document. 1 restaurant. Waited an hour for dinner with an apologetic “trainee” serving us. Avoid at all cost. There is a Marriott across the street. Likely better.

Our hotel is located within a large complex building, The Squaire. There is a kiss and ride area at the building where taxis are available. If you go into the building from there, there is an elevator and escalator directly where you can go up one level to reach our hotel entrances. Bell Staff is available at the entrance of our Hilton Frankfurt Airport to help you with your luggage. You can reach Terminal 1 via an indoor pedestrian bridge that connects The Squaire building directly to Terminal 1. The walking distance is 7-8 minutes. To get to Terminal 2, you can take buses or the Skytrain from Terminal 1. We will be happy to forward your feedback regarding the printing facilities at the front desk as well as your feedback on our restaurant to our responsible managers. Your feedback is very much appreciated, rest assured that we are always striving for improvement and take your review very seriously. The main reason that it was selected was the proximity to the airport for flying the next morning. The room and facilities were nice. I wish they had easy options to offer travelers with elderly companions who cannot easily walk to the outer gates in the airport. My mother-in-law is 86 and we had to get creative to get her to the E concourse because the airport did not have an easy way to get us, our luggage, and her to the gate without taking the airport train. If this was something that the hotel offered, it was not communicated to us.

Very convenient for an early flight in the morning. Enjoyed a tasty meal at the hotel restaurant. It was very easy to access Terminal 1, it seemed like it was a little more of a trek to get to Terminal 2. Room was comfortable for the night.

Convenient location in the Frankfurt Airport gives this hotel star power. The staff at this hotel are very competent and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hotel restaurant is very good.

Amazingly great mattress. Super quiet room Water hot on demand Shower enclosure could be better Bar fridge was named and unable to open but the ice maker on the floor did the job. Overall a great and welcoming experience. We dined at the hotel restaurant. Super friendly, professional and attentive. Menu could have offered a few more choices but the selection we made was well presented, plentiful and delicious.
