“Very impressed”
Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Extremely clean and walking distance to the shops and pubs. All in all a fantastic place to stay.
“Great Location”
There was a lot to do around the hotel. I just stayed the night and did some sight seeing and it was great. The room Was smaller than I'd expected but German hotels are different than american and a single room will be just that I guess. Enough for one person, especially the bed, it was smaller than a twin so if you're a larger person or require more room I wouldn't recommend it but I'm small so it worked out great for me to sleep and shower.
“Good Deals Are a Little Less Difficult to Find ...”
The room was small, but I expected it to be for the price. The location was wonderful; just an easy walk to the Train Station. There were all types of local cafe's and eating hot spots directly outside of the hotel.
“Good hotel to stay”
The services that the hotel offers are excellent (internet connection, breakfast, etc.)
“great hotel, near everything, clean and courteous”
What a great hotel, near the Hauptbanhof (main train station), evening/night life activities, the downtown and shopping areas, and with a friendly staff and nice-sized rooms.
“A fine, budget-minded hotel”
A very pleasant experience. It started when I stopped in to leave my luggage at 9AM, 6 hours before the stated check-in time. The friendly desk clerk took the bags and also arranged for me to get my room at 11 AM, four hours early. After a long and crowded red-eye flight from New York, I very much appreciated the gesture. The room was cozy (i.e. small), but efficiently laid out; it did not feel tight. All the necessary amenities were stocked. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and quiet. The (included) breakfast was tasty and included some hot foods, even made to order omelettes! But the smallish dining room got crowded very quickly. The location is very good: a short walk to the Hauptbahnhof in one direction, another short hike to the European Central Bank in the other, although those having business at the Euro Bank will probably not seek a Budget Hotel! Although close to the train station, it's not quite in the reddest section of the red-light district, as many other hotels of its class are. All in all, a good choice for those looking for a quiet, clean moderately-priced hotel with a good location in central Frankfurt.
“"Will return"”
I would definatelyy stay there but always ask for the new section for a little extra it is well worth the extra cost. Having done lots of travel I would rank this as a good stay. Just be careful of the tour company used as they are only "OK" and like to try and part you from your money at every opportunity.... Suggest to the Hotel to change
“Fit for purpose”
I stayed two nights to visit the Christmas Markets in Frankfurt and Heidelberg. The Ramada was very convenient, only a short 5 min walk from the Central Station (Hbf) and about 10 minutes from the city centre and the markets. Room (single) was small but adequate and including a superb breakfast buffet was very good value for a major city. Room had a kettle plus tea/coffee which is not always the case on the continent. Guests seemed to be mainly business types and it was very busy. I can recommennd both the hotel and Frankfurt, especially at Christmas time.
“Convenient Location”
Coveniently located near the main station on way to City Centre. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to old square and it's a pleasant walk through the shopping district. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, but when we asked for them to bring up missing towels and tea-bags (they have tea making facilities in the rooms), we ended up having to go down for them ourselves. Breakfast was good, but the breakfast room is a bit small and ends up getting a bit crowded if you go down at peak times. The only complaint was that the rooms were very hot, but you could open the windows so it was ok.
“Good hotel for the money, excellent breakfast.”
It is in downtown Frankfurt, very busy area. walking distance to everywhere. Has your basic ammenities and staff was very helpful. Good hotel for the money.
