“Well appointed, large rooms.”

The hotel appeared almost new and was well maintained. Staff is very responsive. Room is very large for a hotel room, an unexpected plus. Internet service was good throughout the hotel, which isn't always the case even with 3 and 4 star hotels. Only negative - The hotel is located directly behind the local Cracker Barrel restaurant with only limited signage on the road. We drove by twice trying to find the hotel.

“Love the pool & the view!!”

The hotel is very clean & nice. The pool is in the shape of Texas - my kids love it. The rooms that overlook the pool, have a great view of the mountains (also the freeway) and they have a nice sized balcony. We have stayed here 2 times and would highly reccomend it!

“Good value in Kerrville”

I was pleasantly surprised at my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kerrville. I was in Kerrville overnight on business, and the hotel perfectly met my needs. The room was very large, really a suite, with plenty of room to spread out, and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the heat was adjustable in the room. There's free wifi, so I could work in the room. The staff was very accommodating and the included breafast was standard fare for this caliber hotel. The hotel is set off the main drag, and the entrance is not terribly well-marked, so it's a little hard to find. However, it's very quiet because it's away from traffic. The workout faciliaties are minimal, with a coulple of treadmills and an elliptical. The pool would be great in warmer weather. I would definitely stay there again if I need to be in Kerrville.

Very clean hotel. Extremely nice and helpful staff. The rooms were very nice and spacious and the beds were EXCELLENT! My child loved the Texas shaped pool and fountains, while we enjoyed the star shaped hot tub. Definaely will stay here again.

“Great Place to Stay in Kerrville”

We were very impressed with Holiday Inn Express in Kerrville. We stayed in a suite that had a large balcony, overlooking the giant Texas shaped pool, hot tub, and the hills on the other side of I10. Location provides easy access to I10. Our suite had 2 queen beds and an attached, open to the sleeping area, second room that contained an additional TV, desk, and a couch/hide-a-bed. The suite also contained a wet bar with a small sink, microwave and refrigerator. The suite was very quiet. We didn't hear any outside noise or people. It was very clean, appeared to have been recently updated, and comfortable. There was no way to separate the sleeping area and 2nd room, but that wasn't a problem for us. Full breakfast was very fresh and good. Our kids loved the hot cinnamon rolls they had each morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Kerrville, San Antonio, Fredricksburg area.

“READY TO GO BACK”

The Hotel was clean quiet and provided excellent service. The room was clean and new. Breakfast was good as well.

“I wouldn't stay any where else!”

I took my grandchildren on vacation and we stayed at serveral hotels along the way. This was by far the best hotel. It was so clean and let me tell you I'm a germ aphobic, it was great for the kids, the pool was awesome, the location was perfect. I will stay there again if I go back to that area! We loved it!

“Something to look forward to”

We had read the other reviews about this hotel on Expedia and found that they were accurate. This place is relaxing, efficient, clean, friendly, reasonably priced, and the breakfasts are excellent. It is also located near other restaurants that you can walk to after a long day of driving.

“Best Hotel in Kerrville”

My husband and I have property in Kerrville and travel there about 6 times a year to do maintenance on our property. This was the 4th place we stayed in Kerrville, and it was by far the best. Nice lobby, best breakfast of all the hotels offering free continental breakfast, and extremely spacious rooms. Love the pool too - shaped like the state of Texas. Since we found this place, we haven't stayed anywhere else.
