    "The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is delicious but now the pastry offerings are self serve which I don’t like. Please note, there isn’t an electrical outlet in the bathroom for a blow dryer or flat iron. Also, the TV doesn’t allow for casting and was quite old."

    "Bathroom in 404 kept flooding whenever we used the shower, bad experience. Asked for an iron took forever, first they brought us a bassinet, then we eventually went to dinner without it, came back and one was in our room. Imagine a hotel not getting a IRON for hours and the bathroom flooded whenever anyone showered. No good."

Staff more interested in talking to their colleagues than acknowledge a customer stood in-front of them. Made a request months in advance for 2 rooms next to each other. Didn’t happen. Restaurant menu in the evening limited and very little interest in accomodating requests."

"Great location, but our room was dirty when it was given to us and things where falling apart in the bathroom. The hotel is old and lacked maintenance in the room that was assigned to us. Staff was great and attentive. But the location is great right next to Termini."
