“Good”
Not the most luxurious hotel in the world, but delivered as represented.
“Great place to stay”
I travel to Fresno frequently for work and this hotel is just the perfect place for business travel. It is comfortable, safe, and has all the necessary conveniences (restaurant, workout room, pool, and area for drinks and socializing). The cost is very reasonable as well. I highly recommend it.
“Relaxing in Fresno”
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. We wanted to check out the local music. As soon as we walked in we were impressed with the look of the loby. Right away they took our bags and showed us to our room. The room was very big, I was surprise. It was clean and COMFY! Room service was fast and the resturant in the hotel was friendly and YUMMY! We had a great weekend getaway and hardly left the hotel because it was just so relaxing!
“Pleasant stay”
The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. I had previously stayed here in one of their suites. This time I opted to share a room with my bother. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The two queen sized beds in the room each inflated to your comfort level (a gimmick they hype in their advertising) and wile my worked properly, my brother's never worked at all. But on the whole I would very much recommend this hotel if you happen to be in Fresno.

Staff were very professional, pleasant,and friendly, especially the wonderful couple who operate the gift shop and the evening hostess in the dining area. Thank you.

“Always a good choice”
I have traveled to Fresno several times noe staying at this location. Had bad experiance with other hotels in the area in my first few trips. Don't think that picking a national chain hotel you'll get a clean room.
“Loved the sleep number beds”
Room was very nice. Loved the sleep number beds. The first thing I look at are the bathrooms and how much mold is growing in the shower, found none in this room. Bathroom was clean. Would have liked to have complimentary breakfast for the price of the room. People working the desk were very nice and accommodating even when asked to provide a shuttle to the train station.

“Grandchildren loved it.”
Beautiful lobby that had a waterfall the grandchildren loved. The room was comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was convenient and the staff was pleasant. We would definitely stay there again.
