This Deer Ridge Mountain Resort has 84 suites in five three-story buildings. Decor is bright and contemporary. All have balconies with mountain views.
One bedroom loft suites include one queen bed in the master bedroom and one queen bed in the loft. Two bedroom loft suites include one queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and one queen bed in the loft.
All accommodations include full kitchens with stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee/tea makers. All units also include a fireplace and firewood is available for an additional surcharge. Videos are available to rent from the front desk. Local calls are complimentary.

“Awesome view”
We were very pleased with the accomodations and the price was very reasonable for all that we got. The views of the Smoky Mts was spectacular. We had no trouble finding the hotel even though it was on the side of a mountain. The hotel was clean and quiet.

This resort offered the use of privately owned condos at a very reasonable price just outside of Gatlinburg. The view from the balcony was amazing. The unit had absolutley everything you would need for a short visit or an extended vacation. Be careful driving up the side of the mountain - steep climb and very winding. I would highly recommend this location.

You couldn't ask for a better view. Situated high up on a mountain ridge every room had a spectacular view of the Smokies. If you are looking for a quiet get away this is the ideal spot. Located about 12 miles outside of Gatlinburg it is far enough from town to escape the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy shopping or a show. There are small grocery stores close by that carry all the essentials.

Very nice hotel 'condo' - nice to have a kitchen to be able to prepare own meals at times. Markets close by. View was unbelievable and spent hours sitting on balcony just taking it all in. No maids pounding on your door every morning - able to sleep in and start our mornings slow. Very relaxing. Quiet location about 6 miles away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg TN.

Clean, secluded, great view of the mountains. About 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. Worth the drive. Nice rooms with all the amenities.

This resort far exceeded my expectations. The condo was spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and ready to assist in any way that they could.

The resort was nice but the drive to get there was very steep without guard rails.

My family and I have visited the Smokies area many times but this was our first stay at Deer Ridge Mountain Resort. We had a blast spending most of our time at the Resort as opposed to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, etc. During the day we played tennis and basketball, swam in the indoor and outdoor pools, and pampered ourselves in the the wet and dry saunas. At night we went into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for supper and shopping and returned to the resort to play card games. The only negatives concern the swimming pools. The indoor pool at the Resort is small which is fine for younger kids but our teenagers were not impressed. And you have to drive to the outdoor pools.

Going to stay here again, the best views of the mountains and overall a very nice place. We traveled with a 3 year old and she enjoyed the playground. I'm glad I stayed here!
