“Loved it”
We loved the location of it and all the fully equiped kitchen we enjoyed cooking breakfast before going out for the day. Then at the end of the day we looked forward to getting back to our unit just to enjoy it.

We had a great stay very quiet and a very nice room. Very spacious and lots of comfort. Wonderful for a weekend getaway.

This was a great place to get away too.The facility had activities daily and the local attractions were very accessible from our location. I loved having the kitchen and laundry in our suite.
“Excellent property -- would go back tomorrow”
Wyndham Smokey Mountains Lodge is a LARGE complex. A lot of units. High up on the hills overlooking Sevierville. We had our extended family there for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The staff was very polite, the unit was nicely appointed and well kept. The property is close to the main tourist area and major highways. Check out was a cinch even though we were expecting a flood of people to be checking out. We were met outside the check-in facility, gave the gentleman our names and keys and were on our way in a couple of minutes. We would go back to this property in a heartbeat. It gets our Five Star Rating!!!

This was an excellent stay. The staff were the best ever and the room was amazing.
“Very comfortable facility”
The unit was very clean, modern, and roomy. Beautiful view and all the facilities you need. Location was great -- near several entertainment venues and restaurants. A "cut off" road is nearby which helps to get to the other end of the Parkway without the traffic if you wish. The staff was great at checkin, handled a problem with reservation extremely well. I have stayed in similiar units in other cities, this one was much nicer and reasonably priced.

We were very satisfied with all aspects of our stay at Wyndham Smoky Mountains. We have found a new "home base" for our visits to the Gatlinburg area since it was well appointed and convenient to restaurants and shopping.

All persons involved with our stay were exceptally nice and very helpful. Beautiful flowers, well kept grounds, and nicely arranged buildings gives a nice private setting. Everything inside was convenient. The "big spa tub" was my favorite.My husband liked the TV, sofa , and his own sink and shower space. All of this plus the moutain view and our friends from AK made it a special time. Thanks so much!
“Great Hotel”
Hotel was very clean and provided a lot of space. It was nice to have a full kitchen for breakfast and lunch.
