"Beautiful hotel with lots of character. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Good location for the station, the Volabus and for exploring the city. Our only comment would be that the shower head needed a clean so all the water jets could function. Otherwise great room, spacious and very comfortable."

"I arrived in severe pain due to the development of a Kidney Stone. I was quite early [like 11:00 AM]. The Front Desk Clerk was exceptionally alert and exceptionally kind and helpful. I did not even ask for early check-in, but he immediately identified a Room that was ready and checked me in immediately. I will forever be grateful for that act of kindness / compassion.!"

"Excellent accommodation Great for families. Well located and clean Thanks for a great stay Only issue is check in which was difficult as it wasn’t easy to get access to the building or communicate with host until we had exchanged WhatsApp information post check in. I Knew this would be an issue based on other reviews but this is the only downside but once you have the keys- flawless."

"El hotel es antiguo, pero está muy bien mantenido; lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación desde donde uno llega caminando a lugares turísticos como el Porto Antico y la Plazza Ferrari; el personal tuvo una atención "normal"; ni muy amable y tampoco desagradable, haciendo la salvedad con Antonio, quien nos recibió al llegar y nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias y más. El desayuno muy bueno, el lugar amplio y la variedad justa; ni mucha ni poca. La habitación y cama bien amplias, como también el baño, sólo que con tanto espacio disponible el lugar de la ducha quizás podría ampliarse, ya que resulta extremadamente pequeño al cerrar el cubículo. Buena relación precio/calidad."
