"The property was fantastic. We were all pleasantly surprised by the rooms and balconies. I had seen several mixed reviews before booking, but honestly we really enjoyed the spacious layout and overall atmosphere. The bathrooms are a little small, but the hotel more than makes up for it with its rich history, charm, and outstanding central location. The staff was so friendly. I would definitely recommend."

"Hotel location was great if planning to visit the Adventure Park, but if not, then no benefit to staying there. The "Waterpark" is nothing more than two slides, one of which is only for toddlers. Far from what I would consider a waterpark. Plus the hot tub was out of order. The breakfast dining area is much too small to accommodate the number of guests on the weekend plus selection is very limited. The toilet seat was broken in our bathroom and all the furniture was scratched and beaten up. Place looks nice from outside but could use a major refresh on the inside."

"The tv in our room didn’t work the first few nights. We had to have maintenance come and fix it. The bathroom was extremely dirty. No one ever came to clean our room when we asked for it. We also asked for new towels and were given just one. We put drinks in the mini fridge and there was a brown slimy thing in the back. It looked like poop but we weren’t sure."

"$100 per night an hour from Vail, you get what you pay for. We were looking for a clean place to sleep and this met that expectation. Beds were comfortable too. Place was clean, smelled "hospital clean" to be honest. Maybe a little too much cleaning solutions... LOL. Breakfast was 'grab and go'... coffee, juice, bagel, mini muffins, toast, yogurt... two cereal options. Nothing special, but then again... we were not expecting a full on buffet."
