"We were staying one night during a recent road-trip and it was perfect for our needs. The difference between Hilton's Spark and the nearby Tru hotel is the amenities. The Spark has a continental breakfast and no pool or gym. (Tru has hot breakfast and a pool / gym) So if you have kids or are staying longer you may consider the Tru (Nextdoor). This hotel was walking distance to the nearby outlets and restaurants and a short drive to the Ava Gardner museum. It's a new hotel so everything was clean and bright, staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a small store with snacks and food, a few luggage carts and bright parking lot."

"The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and modern. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Our room was well-appointed and appeared to be in excellent condition. Unfortunately, what would have otherwise been a great stay was significantly impacted by a malfunctioning air conditioner. We set the thermostat to 72 degrees, but the room temperature never dropped below the low 80s. As a result, we were extremely uncomfortable throughout the night and got very little quality sleep. Because we checked in late, we initially assumed the room simply needed time to cool down and did not realize there was a problem until much later. By the time it became clear the unit was not functioning properly, it was too late to report it. We brought the issue to the attention of the front desk the following morning. What was most disappointing was the response. The front desk associate offered only a minimal apology and made no meaningful effort to address the inconvenience or provide any type of accommodation for what was a very uncomfortable night. The property itself is excellent, but the lack of concern shown when a legitimate issue was reported left a negative impression. I would consider staying again, but only if I felt confident that guest comfort concerns would be taken more seriously."

"The toilet paper was like sandpaper, not usable. The towels were extremely rough, but the worst part of all was that there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. We let it run for about 10 minutes and it got warm but never hot. That’s not acceptable under any circumstances."
