“Location,location,location very good.”
Situated in a great location both right on the seafront and only minutes from the night time action of the Kasbah and Metro Centres, this large hotel is one of the more classier properties right bang in the center of the resort. Nice bars, restaurants and terraced pool areas outside. Liked the large breakfast with a great choice as part of the half board arrangement. Only disappointment was the lack of english television channels in the room. BBC did not work and no movie channels or anything else to watch in what was otherwise a nice 5 star hotel room.
“Excellant Value Highly Recommended”
I believe the previous reviewer must have had a bad day when writing his review. This hotel could not have been better. It takes 20-25 mins by taxi from Airport. It is ideally situated across the road from beach of Playa del Ingles. Easy access to nightlife all within a 10 minute walk or if lazy a short taxi ride of Euro2.50. The staff were always very helpful and always seeming to be happy to serve. There was no language barrier that I encountered. Most speaking Spanish, german & English. The food was great. Tremoundous amount of selection to satisfy all tastes. If you like your pudding you cannot beat this hotel. This hotel is for either singles,couples or famailies. When booking out I was able to put my bags in a secure area as my flight was not until late evening. I was also given the oppurtuntity to shower before leaving for airport at no extra charge. The only little gripe I would have is that there was no tea/coffee making faciltie in the room. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

I enjoyed this hotel. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Just a quick walk across the street and through the board walk. Restaurants around the area were plentiful. There were a lot of little charges here and there. Examples beach towels, Wifi and ironing for clothes. Breakfast was awesome and with great variety. Included were scrambeled eggs, bacos, sausage, potatoes, pastries, variety of fruit, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, slices of meat and every variety of bread imaginable. Would recommend it!

I am in my 50's, my parter is 40. Not too much fun for us here. This is an excellent place for older folks. Close to the beach. No steps up or down. Food is 4 stars. Views from balconies and pool bungalows are good. 80% of the clientele is older. Most waiters speak, Spanish, German and some English. The hotel has a bar from 10pm to 2 am where you see a lot of older folks have a lot of fun, including dancing to some old german song. VERY VERY CUTE. If you are young 20's or 30's or single, this place will be good for sleeping and food but that's about it. Great looking hotel and the staff is very helpfull.
“Godd Hotel, Excellent Location”
The Hotel is nice. It is not a new new hotel, but the location makes up for other items. You cross the street go down a flight of stairs to the beach, which is what I wanted. The place caters to Germans a lot due to majority of guests are German. But they were great on my b-day with free bottle of champagne. I hope to retrun.
“Rooms and beds need to be updated”
Hotel should be rated a 3 not a 4. It was in an excellent location although the beds and pillows where terrible also the carpets in the room were dirty and caused allergic reactions.
“Nice Hotel, but not impressed with Food, and Language of Staff”
Nice large clean hotel, great pools, big restaurant. Hotel does not really cater for Vegetarians, apart from raw Veg, and potatoes (not even veggie pizza). Some Restaurant staff speak no english at all (not even a Hello). Recepetion service too slow, had to wait 30 minutes to check in, as room booking was wrong/not ready. Reception seem to give priority to the locals, as they seemed to jump queues. Sun loungers seem to be reserved by guests for the whole day, so we cannot sit on one, unless there is one free (bad policy, should be 1st come 1st serve basis). Hotel Maintenance man was the best friend, as he advised on what to go, and places to see, much better than anyone else. Generally a nice Hotel, but would probably not stay there again, due to the service received.
