“Great Hotel”
We very much enjoyed the hotel and it's friendly staff. The room was very modern and the bed very comfortable which is most important to us when we stay in a hotel. The restaurant food was amazing we had dinner there one night and the service unbeatable as they catered to my special requests in preparation. The only comment for improvement would be the spa area. The spa was only luke warm both times we visited and the jets were either not on or very weak. The steam room was really nice however.
“Amazing Hotel”
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and was in a great location. The breakfast that was included in the hotel was very good, but service at the restaurant was poor (they didn't have enough waitstaff when it got busy around 9am).

“cool oasis”
A very pleasant and enjoyable visit to the Palacio de los Patos the staff were extremely helpful and the service was impecable. The lovely outside space was a real oasis of calm and coolness in the heat of the city. I would definately recommend this hotel to someone visiting Granada. Location is great being just a short walk from the centre of town. It is a five star hotel so you expect it to be pricy but the price for breakfast was just silly so we did not take up the offer!!!!! that apart its well worth a visit.

The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant has a limited but well-conceived menu, wirh an excellent wine list and well-prepared meals. Service in the restaurant and elsewhere is friendly and efficient. The hotel location is central but the noise of the streets did not penetrate the rooms.

Historic building, tastefully modernised in a central position. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the facilities excellent.
“Excellent Hotel In Granada”
Beautiful hotel in central Granada. In two parts with a stately old half and a very modern and stylishly designed annex which we were in. The rooms were very comfortable with very futuristic designed toilet, washroom and bathroom area. Excellent breakfast, if a bit pricey. We preferred to breakfast in the Plaza Bib-Rambla by the Cathedral. The staff were very helpful although getting from the hotel underground car park into the hotel was a bit of an adventure.
“great place”
The hotel is beautiful, there are two buildings and we stayed in the new building. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. If coming back to Granada, we would stay here again! The staff was also very helpful in arranging our tour of Alhambra since we had forgotten to order tickets before hand. They arranged it the night before and we left on the tour at 930 the next morning.
