“All good.”

I was hesitant about staying here as the previous reviews were uneven in the level of satisfaction, but the price was right so I have it a try. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again, this time without hesitation.

“Better than expected!!!”

Very small and shabby lobby but the service was very good and helpful. Room was much better than expected and very quiet for a college location. We'd stay there again without hesitation.

“Fair Value”

The desk clerk appeared to be a college kid - very professional and had my reservation/key ready when I arrived. Rooms are not fancy but relatively clean and adequate for a brief overnight stay. WiFi worked well.

Location is great, just off I-29 and Gateway.

“pleasantly surprised”

Very adequate for a "shopping weekend" . The room and the linens were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice young man at the front desk too.

Not too impressed with the cleanliness of the room, but it was quiet and the staff was friendly. The hallways reeked like cigarette smoke which was disturbing since we had a non smoking room. You get what you pay for.

“Grade school visit”

overall, my stay was fine. the motel is right around UND and I was able to find it in no time. The only thing that I was not please is the bathroom. It's a little bit small. The bed was not as I requested. The information desk was helpful. I would recommended if you are making a short staying.

I have nothing bad to say about the service I recieved, the staff were very friendly & helpful. The room on the other hand, was a different story. There is a door leading to outside from the room, so it is more like a motel then a hotel. The room stunk like smoke, even though it was a non smoking room. The sheets & bedding were fairly clean, but did not smell very pleasant. The bed itself was exremely uncomfortable. When I went to plug my phone in to the wall behind the night stand, I discovered empty cheeseburger wrappers from mc donalds. Like really?? Garbage on the floor?? I could not wait to get out of there. Don't be fooled by the "complimentry breakfast" theres a loaf of bread, and a couple of doughnuts. Extremely dissapointing. Thank goodness for my GPS, or else I would have never found this place. You might be getting a good deal, but you definetly get what you pay for in this case.

“Never Again”

We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is old and stinky. The front desk was not very courteous, I felt as though I was entering a time warp. The smell (air freshner)in the hotel was so overpowering it gave me a headache, the neighborhood was very seedy and I wouldn't walk anywhere in the vicinity, even with my husband. The rooms might have been clean, but it just felt as though it wasn't. If we could have cancelled our room without penalty and moved somewhere else, we would have. Yes, the rate is good, but you get what you pay for. Be warned !!
