“Best Grand Junction hotel that we have experienced.”
Hotel staff very accomodating & helpful. Good breakfast. Cookies upon arrival. Very clean. Very pleasant stay. Best Grand Junction hotel that we have experienced in our past ten years of staying in town.
“Surprisingly Good!”
We weren't expecting much, but it was great. Brand new, extremely clean, nice rooms. GREAT breakfast! And something extra - at night between 5 - 7 they have complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks and snacks in the Lobby. The night we were there the snack was 2 salads, bread and slow roasted smoked meat - delicious! It doubled as a light dinner for us, and I'm guessing most of the people there.
“Very nice”
The rooms are set up like small apartments. Full size fridge, kitchen, stove, microwave, etc. Noise from hallways and other rooms could sometimes be heard, but any apartment complex would be the same. Very courteous staff, they even copied, printed some documents for me, and there was a computer with a printer in the lobby that was available for use (free). Their breakfast spread (included) is one of the best I have seen. The extra you spend on this hotel will easily be saved by the amount of times you decide to eat there (breakfast and other meals) as oposed to eating out.
“Nice Hotel”
Great staff and very nice hotel.
“Nice Home Away From Home”
This hotel overall was fantastic. The airline that I had traveled in on had lost my bag and the hotel staff was very helpful in assisting me with obtaining items that I needed, as well as communicating to me when my bag did arrive. The hotel manager even let me come into the back office to print out an important document when their guest printer was down. The only negative that I experienced was that there appeared to be some stains on the sheets and coverlet on my bed. It was a little disconcerning and hopefully they were just stains but hopefully it was just an oversight. Overall though, I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Grand Junction.
“great accommodationsp!!”
the heater system out the window was loud at times. in room 102 & 104. I suggest another room, otherwise, it was very nice.
“Not worth the price I paid”
There are far better accomodations in Grand Junction. The breakfast was poor, especially the first day, where they ran out of even dishes and silverware and the tables were not cleared along with not having decent food available....cold eggs, no waffle mix and no cups or bowls or spoons. The next morning they had additional staff on hand, but it was still quite poor. The rooms are tacky and while they have granite countertops and bathtub surronds the poor workmanship and cheap quality was very evident with the granite not being fully sealed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, even for the four year old we had with us, not made up and when we requested a crib it was literatlly just dumped in the room, with no bedding or help with setting it up, even though it was requested ahead of time. The view out our windows was horrible, just dirt and holes and the parking lot was torn up. Staff was OK but this clearly is not upscale lodging but they charge upscale prices. I won't stay here again or recomend it to anyone. For a new hotel in the area it was a huge disapointment.
