10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful property. Very clean, welcoming, and quiet. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good. They have a nice pool area that we lounged in. Only downside was the pool/hot tub were super cold due to heater maintenance. The hotel/ staff DID warn us beforehand and said we were welcome to enjoy it if we chose to. We decided to have a go anyway! Would probably feel VERY nice after a really hot day out on the town, but I’m a big chicken so I just put my feet/legs over the edge. Overall a 10/10 and would definitely recommend staying at this property!"

"The young lady checking us in was not at all friendly and without even saying good evening, demanded I provide IDs for all of us staying. When she checked my grandson’s, even though she could tell tell he was under 18, by DOB on his license, she just asked if he was under 18. Once we got to our room, I realized she hadn’t shown the WiFi password on our key envelope. We looked through the room and couldn’t find it, so I called the office on my cellphone since the room phone wouldn’t connect me. The same young lady rudely said the password was the same as the WiFi name, insinuating I was stupid for asking. Needless to say I didn’t bother her with any other questions. I would not recommend anyone stay at this Motel 6. "

"Staff was friendly. We were not informed that there was no hot water until check-in. We had a schedule and no time to change reservations. We were told it would likely be on by the next morning. It was never restored for the next two days. We called and were told sorry nothing they could do. The pool area was not clean, the hot tub was green. Overall very poor stay!"

"The front desk gentleman was very nice and kind made small talk and got me checked in. However, when I walked into the room was very dirty from the walls to the doors to the tub. The only thing that looked clean with the bed and probably cause they changed the sheets there’s stuff smothered all over the dorm, like hand prints and stuff, and then some type of mucus on the shower wall. I literally walked in and walked out and found another hotel"
