“Clean, Friendly and well maintained”
The hotel staff was very personable. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a a water park for the kids, too. We didn't use it, but it looked like a lot of fun and also had lifeguards. Microwave, coffeee pot, mini-fridge. Nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. A good place to stay at a fair price. About 8 miles from the Muesuem and good restaurants, but easy to locate and on/off the e-way.
“BEST HOTEL IN TOWN”
Hotel welcomes its guest with a smile and fast service and a cookie right as you walk in the door. Become a member of their club and recieve a free gift. Rooms are very nice with comfortable amount of room. The carpets are clean no worry about black feet. You can exppect to have a wonderfull time if you come with children as they have a unexpectedly large water park. During slow season you will have to ask to have the water park to be turned on as it is not worth running all day if no one is to use it. No bathing suites for the kids? No problem the hotel sells them right on site in their small gift shop for a small fee around 5.00. The water slide is only ran during the weekend as their insurance requires them to have life guards on duty when running. One bad part is the water in the kids pool smelled as if someone had not cleaned it in a long while and the water in the pool smells foul also. I informed the hotel and was assured it would be taken care of before our next return. Hotel decided to start offering free dinner during the winter as its hard to get out in this area as its down a small street thats not plowed fast. Dinner is nothing big but included egg rolls rice and free beer and pop with dinner. Everyone was so nice there. The morning of checkout we were just so thrilled with the service that we booked another night and also booked a second room and had some friends come also.

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel. I don't remember the details since I was in GR for a funeral, but I do recall that it was a very friendly and pleasant place to stay.

You wills ee i just wrote a review . I alove this palce so much i had to return so soon again. They are so very nice at this hotel. Breakfast is so good the pool that was dirty as i said in the last review has been scrubbed clean and new water added. I can't even think of a think to complain about in this place. The rate isn't bad at all for a hotel that offers a waterpark. Give this place a shot you won't regret it.

“Great hotel for families”
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express with 12 people ranging in age from 3 to 73. Everyone enjoyed the event and we would use that hotel for the same weekend getaway again.

The beds are the most comfortable I have slept inn any hotewl so far. That is saying alot due to the fact that I have had multiple back operations! I loved it the staff were top notch people. I wish that the Holiday Inn Express had mattresses like the ones here!! Great Job! Sincerily,Patrrick Arnold
“awesome service”
We stayed St. Patrick's Day weekend and wanted to take cab downtown. When they found.out it would be a 2 hour wait the on duty manager took us herself and arranged for a ride home. Every staff member was super nice. Jaccuzi room was affordable an clean. Will recommended to everyone and we'll be back with our son to enjoy the water park!

Had an overall pleasant experience at this hotel with my three children. They loved the pool area and water slide. Lobby, water area and room were all clean and well maintained.
