“Very convient location to mall and restaurants”

Helpful staff. Pool was closed when we were there, but they make arragmements with another hotel for pool use if desired.

“Great place to stay!”

This hotel was great because of the friendly staff and excellent location in the city. We were able to find restaurants and certain stores that we wanted with ease! The staff were very accommodating to our needs and requests. They were also great to chat up when we were eating breakfast. The only thing that I would change is to add music in the pool room, it would make it just that much better!

“Simple Comfort”

We have stayed at this hotel in the past. It is quiet, convenient and comfortable for the price. The pool area and continental breakfast make it an affordable choice for families.

“Great Falls, Montana”

The Staff was very polite, courteous and very helpful. The Room was clean. The linens and towels were clean but at times appeared worn. The area outside was clean and the neighborhood appeared average for Great Falls. It was convenient for all of our needs.

Rooms have very poor sound insulation. Was up until 2 AM because of noise from room(s) above.

“Nasty bed at Great Falls”

Although the temporary Manager assigned there from another location was extremely helpful and professional, the condition my room was unbelievable. I have stayed with Marriotts for over 20 years and never have I experienced a dirty bed made up as if it were properly cleaned in the Marriott chain. The bathroom was also not cleaned appropriately and adequate hand towels and cleanex were missing. The courtesy of the manager could not make up for these disgraceful conditions.
