“Very saticfied”
Very nice stay, clean and friendly.

We were looking for a hotel on the northwest side of Green Bay and this was a good choice.

Excellent experience, we did not know what to expect, we came from NJ for a Packers game. The experience was great, the bar across the street had entertainment and food, there is a family run restaurant next door for meals and a shuttle to and from the game. Would definitely stay here again.

Glad I choose this hotel to stay. Friendly service, nice breakfast, clean, clean and enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All employees were very cordial.
“Going to Packer Game, stay here”
Great place to stay if you are going to a Green Bay Packer game or visiting Green Bay WI. Comfortable rooms, good location and good value. Free hot breakfest, free wi-fi is a plus. Good room rates on game dates compared to other local hotels is another plus.
“Good value for the money”
No issues, other than we stayed in a room above the lobby and someone had the TV on rather loudly into the late hours. It didn't bother me enough to complain to the management though. Several restaurants next to the hotel, so convenient. No bedbugs! That's always a plus these days!
“Stayed for Packer game”
We were staying for a Packer game and even after calling ahead for shuttle tickets, we were told when we checked in that we didn't have tickets for the shuttle. The front desk clerk then called us and let us know she did have shuttle tickets for us. Then we were told the shuttle would leave the bar across the street 45 minutes earlier than it did so we were stuck sitting in several layers of clothes for much longer than necessary. Overall, staff was not very well informed.
“Good service...suite furniture disappointing.”
The staff were friendly and helpful but the furniture in the King suite was in very poor condition. The recliner had a broken back which almost broke my back when I tried to recline in it. The pull out coach was torn and the mattress on it was horribly uncomfortable. Both recliner and coach looked dirty and worn. The main bed was very comfortable the the room was spacious but that satisfied only 50% of our party.
