“The best hotel in Guam”
I was very satisfied with my experience at the hotel. There was a couple of minor things that i did not like but it did not ruin my time. One time during my stay i left around eight in the morning and for some reason the house keeping decided not to clean the room until 3:00 that afternoon...Another thing was they never replaced the water but other than that it was beautiful

Stayed at the Westin. Great hotel, with one of the best parts of the beach right outside. I don't think I'd stay anywhere else in the area.
“Great hotel Great location”
We stayed at the Western Resort and once we had fixed a problem with our booking we went to our room. The room was great. Bed and range of pillows were very comfortable. There was plenty of space in the room with a balcony which gave us good views of the ocean. It appeared to us that all rooms had a balcony and the shape of the Hotel maximised views of the ocean. Room was air conditioned - which is a must for Guam. Hot all year round. Well appointed bath room, good range of TV shows we could understand (CNN, ABC, BBC, Australian TV) and movies. Breakfast in "Taste" was very well organised and food was very good. We ate twice at the Italian Restaurant "Prego" which was a good eating experience - food was great as was the service. Only issue for us was the Tour Booking office which did not cater for English speaking tourist well (if at all). This is somewhat understandable as Japanese tourist make up about 80% of all tourist but it is an American Territory and English is the international language. The Westin is close to most major shoppping centres and a shuttle bus to the other Premium shops in Guam departed form outside the Westin. A good experience and we will go back to Guam in the future. A restful resort.
“Love Royal Beach club!”
Clean was not OK for me because I complained Hotel already, because we got key then went room use bathroom first at the day, I found hair on toilet cover and floor the mean was feel uncomfortable also got feel more tired.

Awesome view of Tumon bay. Close to stores & other places to eat. Will definitely go back.

Had everything we needed. Helpful, attentive staff. Rooms were nice. Pool and beach were excellent. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
“Awesome hotel”
Westin was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Room was great, bed very comfortable. It's a beautiful hotel right on the beach. We had a free continental breakfast everyday which was a nice surprise. Also had free evening cocktails and appetizers. We truly enjoyed our stay and would go back again.
“Highly pleasing and a great stay”
We traveled as a family of parents and two teens. The hotel was very good in terms of cleanliness and service. Breakfast was rich and catered to many tastes and styles. The pool and hotel's beach were great! All of us were happy and pleased. The only comment we had was that the airconditioner in the room was too weak at times and didn't cool the room well enough even when we tries to reduce the temperature. But it was a minor thing in the overall experience.

One of the best Hotels in Guam, kept in pretty good condition Beach is superb, small but private with a sunset view, very relaxing, even in full occupancy its comfortably empty most of times Restaurant buffet is very good with variety, you don't really need to exit the hotel for restaurants Hotel is near Guam strip, so no ned to use a car, don't rent a car if you just look for relaxation Staff always attentive and considerate Highly recommend compare to many other properties that are not updated even carry a brand name
“comfortable”
The room was well proportioned with a roomy bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The wait for the elevators was short if one was not available. The hotel grounds were clean and neat. Pool was clean. The hotel buffet was a bit spendy for what you got. But, the service was prompt and friendly.
