Not soo luxe, but confortable....
“excellent service”
camino real, is a very good hotel, may be it is not located downtown (10 minute walk to the juarez garden) but it compensates it with a lot of other things, the only thing I complain about, is that you have to pay for the parking even tho you are a staying at the hotel, besides that excellent hotel.
“Comfortable place to say in Guanajuato”
Even it has new structures and the common design of Camino Real Hotels, part of its structur had belog to an old Colonial Hacienda. That situations offers not only the classic and confortable details of Camino Real; but also a nice environment that let you feel inside this colonial city.
“Great hotel at decent price”
The hotel is a 3 minute cab ride to downtown. My son had a great time in the pool, which has a water slide. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The beds are old, they should change them, the food is very good, the location is perffect

We recommend this hotel, clean, easy access, good food, and staying at a Camino Real hotels you can not go wrong. This hotel is part of a convent, it has a colonial style. It was worth it to us, we really enjoyed the experience.

Nice, clean Hotel. Staff was attentive. Not a !!Wow!! but still very good price/quality/location if you are going to Guanajuato and plan to walk around a lot.
“Good rooms, good service.”
An overall great experience. About the only mistake was that our two rooms were listed as separate reservations. They were able to change them to connected rooms.
“Nice place”
The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. Great room service food..Well kept gardens. A little far from downtown but taxis were readily available and very affordable.
