“Great hotel, luxury but relaxed!”

“Very Good Hotel”

The service was friendly and helpful (I cannot say this rnough). The rooms were large. The breakfast included in our room rate was below average (not much selection and most items were bland). Hotel restaurants were good though (both Cantonese and Italian). The hotel is in a business district so not much to do in the neighborhood (with the exception of a mall across the street). Local markets are a short taxi drive away. Would stay here again if in Guangzhou.

Very good accomodation and service was impressive ,Hotel is very clean and location very good for business ,definitly one of the best hotels i have been in .

“Great business hotel”

Outstanding in almost every respect. We were upgraded to a huge room. As with all the hotel clubs, the wine is barely drinkable at best. Food decent though nothing like the spread at the Ritz. Breakfast excellent.

nice hotel, no problem with service and rooms, but i prefer somewhere nearer to grand view mall and teemall, like Royal Mediterranean hotel or President hotel. from westin, i have to take taxi or use subway.

“Very Good over all but room for improvement in restaurant staff and quality of food”

Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel but restaurant staff and food needs improvement, generally did not feel valued.

“good hotel but expensive”

The hotel is brand new, very well located, and the service is superb! I was there during the export fair. The only bad thing is that it is too expensive, compared to other hotels during the same period!
