“Professional staff and willing to help at any time”

I was impressed with the level of staff at the desk, cleaning staff and restaurants. I needed a crib and one was brought immediately to the room for the baby. Security is great. No one can come to your room unless you escort them aftet the desk calls you. No unannounced visitors at any time. Continental breakfast was one of the best. I will make it a point to come here again. And..I have recommended the Biltmore Hotel already to many people!

“Relaxing atmosphere and professional service”

I stayed at this hotel after touring Guatemala for a week, and it was a comfortable way to end my trip. A free shuttle to the airport is also provided, which is only a short drive from the hotel.

“It is indeed very nice hotel!!!”

This hotel is located in very safe place and there are many restaurants near the hotel. Hotel looks like very new. While I was staying there, they maintained the entrance, which was little bit noisy, however, it is still worth staying there. If I have another chance to come to Guatemala City, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
