“Excellent Hotel”

This is one of the best hotel's I have stayed in and I travel a lot. The room I had was very large and well-maintained with a large clean bathroom. Flat Screen TV but only one program in English (News) which was not a problem. I used room service for dinner and the meal was excellent which is not always the case when using room service. I was very satisfied with my choice.

“Lovely hotel”

My partner and I can not speak German, but the staff made us welcome and had no problem with that as they could speak English. We were suprised that our hotel card could save us on transport cost getting into and around Hamburg, and the bus stops were right outside our hotel. The hotel was modern, clean and had everything we needed (except tea making things) but thats because we are Brittish and its the norm.
