“The best price, quality, location”
Although hotel is located near Train and Bus stations and red light district which might lead to think about the quality, but that is the best hotel for the price in the location: centre, close to all transportation, quiet street, very clean hotel with spacious rooms and huge buffet breakfest! Staff is very, very professional welcoming, friednly and helpful! I really couldn't imagine a better stay!
“excellent hotel - id definitely stay there again!”
i got a very good deal at this hotel through expedia and wasnt really expecting too much apart from a clean room which is normal in germany even at basic hotels. when i got to my room which was no24, a twin for single use, i was very impressed!. it was bright (very!) but great blackout curtains, very clean, a super modern shower room, a mini-fridge which was great as theres a great supermarket at end of street!. the only problem is the free wireless didnt work as high as the 2nd floor, but i took my laptop down to the lobby where theres a desk i used and it was just fine. the hotel is 5 mins walk from main train station, so no need for taxis and its so easy to walk everywhere. the steer the hotel is in is ok but theres a lot of sex shops around the surrounding streets, so not sure if suitable for kids/families but there was never any probs/unwelcome people. i loved the hotel and wud definitely stay there again without hesitation.

no problem with coming in late. staff very friendly and some even speak english. very clean and close to public transportation
“Lovely Hotel”
This hotel was far better that we had expected. The room was spacious with a sofa desk and chairs. There was a large shower room and separate toilet. The room was in a new condition. Excellent!
“Brilliant considering the cost”
For such a cheap hotel I was expecting the worst, but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and smart from the outside, the rooms were large, bright and clean with flat screens and the bathrooms were modern and fresh. The area was slightly dodgy but nothing too bad and it was close to the train station and a short walk to the town centre.
“Central and comfotable”
Only 5 minutes walk from the main station which has links to all over Hamburg via trains tubes and buses and 15 minutes walk to Rathaus. Rooms basic and not very big but fine for a short stay. Breakfast excellent value.
“Impressed with hotel's maintenance & services”
Hotel is nice. Location is very good-it is situated near the main train station. Very convenient, you can reach the city centre in few minutes, to do you r shopping, to dine and come back by foot. Very nice, quiet, and clean hotel.
“Hotel in Hamburg”
Nice Hotel; attentive staff; free wirless internet in most rooms and free computer for internet in lobby; walk from train station to hotel is short, but you will walk past some sex shops although I made this walk for a week and had no problems, even at night
“OK”
Hotel is quiet but does not have elevator. If you have problem to climb stair, request room on ground floor. Breakfast is expensive and we didn't try. Close to main train station and subway.
“Medium standard”
Situated in a rather questionable area. Red light. Mostly turk language in use. Filthy surrounding. The hotel does not fit in, it stands out in appearence.
