“Very Impressed”

The room was simple and very clean, upon arrival the room maid came to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction which of course it was! Hot water stops after mid-night until around seven in the morning, but it didn't affect us. We arrived in the afternoon just past lunch time, but there are some eating places and small shops, the closest ones are about 3 minutes walking from the hotel (on the left-side near the junction). Dinner at the hotel has a good selection of food, both continental and local. Some dishes are freshly made on demand, for example pasta, grilled meat and brik (a Tunisian local snack, deep-fried pancake with fillings, delicious). The waiters in the restaurant are very friendly, and all the dishes have names in English displayed, dining there you won't be disappointed. Staff in the hotel are very welcoming towards tourists, we can't speak much French but that didn't matter at all - receptionists speak good English and were helpful at giving us advice on how to get around Tunisia.

The hotel is nice and the location is really good (especially as it's next to the beach), staff really accomodating The soap dispenser in the needed to be filled Shower curtains should be the same colour as the hotel logo Water should be constant temperature - runs cold at times (especially first thing in the morning) Bed sheets should be plain - they looked a bit dingy but i know they were clean What's with the two single beds coupled together so they make a double? Not good when you want a romantic holiday - lol There should be papers from the UK - none were there There should be internet access - this is standard in all hotels now Phone cards (calling cards) should be made available for those who don't want to use the hotel phones Drinking water should be available regardless - not at specific times of the day Never saw the rep for the hotel throughout the whole week of my stay - crap really Grounds are beautifully kept - lovely greenery and beautiful flowers Cleaners clean to a very high standard More hangers in the wardrobe pleeeeeeeeze Made to feel welcome by the staff - warm and friendly Need to provide TV/Cable in the room and not just the arm that the TV should be on Iron/ironing board should be in every room Aircon needs be working correctly in the room - when it's hot it's uncomfortable Fruit needs to be available as there were none available at all on the trip

“not impressed with condition of hotel”

Hotel is badly in need of refurbishment, facilities are not as advertised on the website. Staff are not friendly or helpful to English speaking tourists. Change for games not given to English children but given to German and French. Rooms not supplied with Television and only available channel is BBC world news even though it is advertised as Satellite television. Wires are hanging out of the air conditioning unit, toilet seat wont stay up, appalling for 3 star ratd! All-inclusive it is not, games have to be paid for, some activities have to be paid for, no all day snacks when it is out of season, bar closes at 11pm drinks must be purchased after this time.

“Not at all a 3*, if you are desperate for cheap sun then go here”

We arrived at the hotel and waited 20min before someone appeared at reception. The rooms were old, smelt of damp, the shower curtains were mouldy, the balcony was approx 1"x1"... I could go on. The food was poor, there was very little choice for drinks and the general atmosphere was depressing. We actually only stayed 12hrs before checking out and finding a (much nicer) hotel. No one asked us why or tried to make things better. The staff all seemed to be as depressed as us! I would recommend this hotel if you are desperate for a cheap holiday. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone else. Pay the extra 50-100 quid and have a really lovely hotel instead!
