“stay”
just when we walked to Holiday Inn it was lovely.You could smell the freshness in the air. .room very clean and bed very comfortable. breakfast first class.staff very helpful. i am sure that we will stay in Holiday Inn again if we travel in the future.already we have been talking to few people about it. thank You for a lovely stay. “Most impressive hotel”
We could not fault the Holiday Inn Express in Southampton. An impressive modern building with excellent parking facilities, the hotel was bright and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean with good facilities. The self-service breakfast had much variety with fresh food provided when needed. There was ample room in the dining room to cater for the hotel when fully occupied as it was on our final night. We were overall delighted with the experience and will hope to visit further Holiday Inns in due course

“Perfect for an overnight stay”
Hotel was perfect for us for an overnight stay before catching the Santander ferry from Portsmouth. 5 minutes from motorway, parking was good, room very good, staff very good and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.
“Great Experience!!”
We had a great experience.. Breakfast was great, room was clean, staff was very helpful... the only suggestion I have is they need to update to every other hotel and give free WIFI.. I mean who charges anymore for WIFI.. other than that we had a great experience and would def stay again..
“Nice business hotel but fataly flawed”
This is a fairly new hotel conveniently sited for Eastleigh airport and various business parks. As you might expect with an "express" the meal choice is restricted but the quality of preparation of what is available is awful. In addition there are two major problems with this hotel. Entry to the car park is through a barrier which will open as you approach it, and exit will require you to enter a PIN code on a key pad. The problem is that when exiting, the key pad is sited on the right-hand side of the road so you have to be on the wrong side of the road to get out which is really dangerous when other vehicles are also entering the car park. The second problem is that it is impossible to get a signal for any mobile network inside the hotel. Step outside and you get a full strength signal - and, of course, internet access is chargeable in the hotel.
“for family with inexpensive stay”
We are two adults with two kids (3 & 0 years old). Relatively narrow room for us however it was clean and ok.
“good position for ferries?ports”
Quiet, comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Complimentary breakfast exellent..
