There are roaches in the bathroom the sheets have blood on them. The area is OK the building is OK but the rooms in the hotel definitely needs to be updated.

Lesson learned
The room was dingy dirty, the sheets were stained and dingy, the bed cover had cigerette burn holes everywhere. Bugs crawling in bathroom that i would not trust walking in with out shower shoes. We walked straight out after initial inspection and got a refund. I will NEVER go for cheap stay again. Lesson learned.

need a hotel room close to my house due to a bathroom remodel. this place was not the cheapest in area and noted it was recently updated. this was not the case. Rooms were being renovated and unfortunately my room was not and falling apart and roaches all over.

I would NEVER stay at this chain again.
1. Outside of hotel was some undesirable people. 2. Noticed bags of garbage in halway. Like people were living there. 3. Asked for a non smoking room. Room stunk of smoke and perfume spray like it was trying to be covered up and it did not work. 4 sheets on bed were all urine stained, bathroom was absolutely worn ut and disgustingly filthy with imbeded scum5 people in hallway all the time. And hallways stunk. I actually found another hotel for my second night and never even asked for my money back as i didn't want to be anywhere in that building.

Bugs running all over the room, tv did not work, no alarm clock, mold all around the grout in the Bathtub, and when I turned off the shower, the entire apparatus fell to pieces, leaving the water running. Worst room EVER!

Both front desk personnel were polite and courteous. The issue is not the staff, it is the physical plant itself. The rooms are in serious need of a makeover - veneer peeling off of particle board in bath and in room itself.

It was so awful, the smell inside the building, every furniture was broken, the bedsheets had stain and cigarette burnt, the toilet was broken, the people walking around was shady, it had to be a definition of the motel you hear about, I’ve been to other motel in Florida and US they were better kept

Hotel had a history of cockroach problems and overall was very sketchy. Hallways stunk everything was dilapidated. beds were dirty. Desks falling apart. And when I try to cancel and go to a Holiday inn they said they would refund me and they didn’t. So they stole my money on top of all that.

Don't do it!
Check in lacked professionalism; almost zero words spoken to me while checking in. Entire Motel smelled like weed. Bedding was disgusting, with stained sheets and torn quilts. Water came flying out of faucet. Crumbs on the floor. The entire room felt extremely unclean!

Cigarette smell
The desk help was very friendly. The whole place smelled of cigarettes and pott. Non-smoking room smelled. The room was run down, drawers broken, not the cleanest of places. The room itself was quiet but you could hear outside noises. Almost like the window was open.

Totally disappointed. The outside of the property was very nice and clean. The inside was awful. The room was dirty. Bed sheets were stained and had holes. Bathroom was dirty. Air conditioner unit was dusty and falling apart. Smelled cigarette. The receptionist wasn’t helpful.

Don't stay here, it's a drug motel. I know for the price it wouldn't be great,and I'm not picky at all, but this place is really really nasty. There are weird people wandering around at night. It's filthy, the sheets hadn't been washed. I left and bought Clorox wipes and my own bedding to replace what was there since I couldn't get a refund. Dogs in the rooms barking all night. The only thing good about this place is it's cheap. Pay a few extra dollars and stay anywhere but here. They should call it Motel 1 instead of Motel 6.

Upon entering the Motel we noticed a lot of dogs, at the check in we asked if its noisy if we can switch rooms , we were advised yes, in the middle of the night we woke up to barking dogs , it lasted for hours , we went to the check in counter and asked to be moved to a different room, staff said they cant move us because that the policy, they had rooms available but would not move us , we had no sleep , what a terrible experience , i understand barki dogs, its hard to control the owners but they could very easily move us to another room as there were rooms, half the motel was empty, but they didnt

The room we reserved there is no way possible that’s the room we were given the pictures from the website compared what we actually stayed in. Literally a 14in tv on a stand and a bed a/c barely worked and all controls were broke. Def was not an enjoyable time. Thank god it was just one night!

First, the staff was very friendly and nice. Unfortunately, the property itself is rather rundown. The a/c unit in the room did not function correctly, and no one knew what to do. The bathroom had a disgusting unidentified stain on the wall. The elevator was dirty. There was no blanket or extra pillows; the broken a/c had apparently been set to 'freeze' before it stopped working. The free coffee was terrible.

I rented 2 rooms. In both rooms, bedsheets were stained and dingy,. Hole and patches in the wall, some discolored. Actually saw roaches. They used a tie wrap to hold the shower hose. They dont call it roach motel, for nothing.

ROACHES IN THE BEDS.
This place was disgusting! I booked a non smoking room and as soon as we walked in were smacked with the smell of cigarette smoke! The sheets were dirty with ash and the blankets had cigarette burns (holes) The whole place was very run down. I went to the fron desk and complained and was given a smoke eater spray and more burnt sheets.I know its a cheap motel but customers deserve a clean space to sleep and thus place is just unsanitary. The icing on the cake was finding a roach in bed with us that was so gross! I would never stay at a motel 6 again.

Very dirty! From the inside of the elevator to the pillow cases everything was not nice. The hand held shower head was dangling with no way to mount it to be a conventional shower. The toilet seat was not properly attached to the toilet. The pillow cases were yellow and should be replaced. There was a hole on the wall next to the light switch outside of the bathroom. The floors needed to be cleaned and a scraper used to remove whatever was stuck to the floor. The desk between the beds was repaired with screws that were too long and the sharp point of the screws were sticking out of the desk top. Note : this was the second room I was given, the first room had a used bar of soap and wash cloth in the sink so I asked to be moved. Also Note: I took pictures of the room I stayed in. Had I no not been so tired I would have left and went to another Motel. I slept (barely slept) with my clothes on in this nasty room. I will say the staff members were pleasant people. They can’t be held responsible for ownerships lack of attention.

Dirty, the shower had no separation from the rest of the bathroom and made the whole floor soaked. All the furniture was warped, dirty, and broken. The room smelled horrible and my clothes I had from the trip reaked when I pulled them out of my suitcase like I've never experienced before. Key cards stopped working and needed to be reset everyday. The place was so shabby, I was actually shocked I never saw any bugs. They must have fixed that based on others reviews.

Death trap
There were two other guests in office trying to cancel because of bed bugs. I went to my room and they were everywhere. All rooms smell like smoke and the elevator is a death trap.
