“Very impessed.”
I first stayed at this hotel when I was visiting my brother in Willimantic. I was starting my return trip to Ohio and I needed to stop for a few hours of sleep. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. I moved to Hartford about a month later. When my family came to Hartford to visit, I immediately recommended that they stay at the Comfort Inn.
“Comfort Inn, East Hartford”
Overall the hotel was very nice, very clean. The staff was friendly. The room was nice and despite the fact that I was on the first floor right next to the breakfast area, it was very quiet. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room had the most comfortable bed ever! The staff was friendly and the hotel was located close to highway. I would definately recommend it.

Rooms are nice and big. Has a table to eat at, mini fridge, tv, all that good stuff. Hotel is set back from the street so it's nice and quite.
“Really great except for interstate hwy. noise”
Our room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable - but there truly is nothing like your own bed... The only downside we experienced was the LOUD interstate highway noise. Food only 4-5 miles away at Exit 62, and the mexican restaurant (MOSTLY bar...) across the street had pretty good food.

Good hotel which was perfect for my one night stay.

Nice location, room, Wi-Fi, amenities. VERY NOISY during late Friday and Saturday night. Running in hallways, knocking on doors. I don't know if this is a regular thing or not.
“Hotel was good”
The Hotel was fine. A nice continental breakfast. The staff was nice. We were in a non smoking room and one of the nights we could smell smoke coming from the room beside us. The hall also smelled of smoke. Otherwise our stay was very good.
“Not Impressed”
Checked into my room... old sheets were on the floor, trash hadn't been emptied. In fairness, the staff to move me to a better room. Just doesn't seem up to par with other Comfort Suites I've stayed at. Also, room/hotel was noisy and backs to freeway. Not very close to Convention Center.
