“First time to Crete”

The only problem we had was the air conditioner in the room did not cool at all and when we reported it they did not check it out, but instead brushed us off and told us that the air conditioner is preset and they can't do anything with it. The temperature outside was in the high 80's and low 90's so it was a very uncomfortable, restless night.
