"Leslie was the front desk employee when I called to check in early and she was fabulous. She had such a great personality and got us checked in early so we could enjoy our time. We happened to come stay as they were replacing all of the mattresses at Spark. The beds were already so comfortable but the new mattresses are even better. We stayed here twice and will continue to come back. It’s close to Coligny Beach and shops and the breakfast is simple yet filling. We have had zero complaints each time we stayed. Everyone is super friendly and eager to assist."

"Palmera Inn and Suites was great for us. The California Loft gave me and my kids plenty of space. We were only there a couple of nights so didn’t use the kitchenette. Complimentary breakfast was excellent work something for everyone including my pickiest eaters. The pool area was as very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. All of this at a reasonable price and just a 10 minute drive to the beach in Hilton Head, really can’t be beat."

"The drinks could be a little bit cheaper as well as the dinner. I feel like when I was waiting on dinner and breakfast. I was waiting way too long if someone goes to the bathroom in the pool and they close the pool, you should be able to bring your child to the adult pool."

"Property was well maintained. Felt very safe. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Pools and hot tub were nice. Quick access to the beach. Loved the turtle pond. Would recommend."

"Breakfast was good. They only had omelettes with peppers in them. So no plain eggs for picky eating kids. They also used one spoon for the eggs, potatoes and the sausage so cross contamination was there for vegetarians who wanted potatoes. The pull out sofa was surprisingly comfy. The shower and bathroom was clean. However, when I arrived one toilet paper roll was almost emptied so having that already freshened up would’ve been nice."

"The resort still have credit my account and haven’t did it yet. My total should now be $805. Plus kids were running up and down the hall. When it was supposed to be a relaxing trip. The bathroom wasn’t clean and beach sands was in the shower"

"This is a redone Days Inn. You can't ignore that, but they've dive a good job with it. I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. The room was very clean, recently renovated. There was no carpet. There was no room servicing, but I like it that way. The suite was very spacious. This is a good value for someone looking for value. Check-in was via text, with a code sent for your room, which worked fine. I could not stay here with my wife for various reasons - some noise from above tenants, light coming through the not-blackout shades (and lights on outside all night), the inability to control the bedroom A/C (the other unit was fine, but the bedroom one seemed unresponsive). If you're looking for value and don't need fancy, it's a good place to stay. Convenient location, easy parking and access, very responsive staff via text and email. Everything you need for a good basic stay."
