“NICE HOTEL IN CHINATOWN HCMC”
Very nice and comfortable hotel locate in Chinatown. Great hotel for the price. Not the best location, however, they have shuttle buses that run all day until midnight into center of town. and there is a three story shopping mall attached to the hotel.
“loved the Windsor”
Friendly, helpful staff, excellent executive floor, well worth the extra money. The happy hour appetizers were enough for dinner. The location is in China Town away from the sites, but no one walks in Ho Chi Mihn City anyway due to the millions of dangerous motorbikes on the roads and sidewalks. Excellent tour desk.

Most staff at Windsor hotel are very pleasant and professional, specially Nghia at the fitness center. Hopefully the staff at the main entrance are pleasant same as other departments.

“Luxury hotel at affordable price”
It was a great hotel. Friendly cooperative staff. They also have free shuttle buses to main town. Good location for the hotel as well. I would definitely stay there again.

JOANNE MY WIFE AND I WERE WAY OVERDUE FOR A HOLIDAY OWING TO LONG WORKING HOURS AND NOT HAVING HAD A HOLIDAY FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 YEARS . WE LEFT NEWZEALAND WITH NO IDEA OF ASIA AS I HAD BOOKED ON LINE AT 2.00 AM ONE SATURDAY, THIS TOOK ME ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINUTES AND MY WIFE DID NOT EVEN KNOW I HAD INTENTIONS TO ARRANGE THIS HOLIDAY. I BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA AND WHEN JOANNE WOKE IN THE MORNING I SAID WE ARE OFF TO SAIGON .HER REPLY I AM NOTGOING TO VIETNAM, BUT AFTER A FEW MINUTES SHE REALISED IT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN, SO THIS WAS THE START OF THE BEST HOLIDAY OF OUR LIFE FOR 13 DAYS .WE BASED OURSELVES AT THE WINDSOR PLAZA HOTEL IN DISTRICT FIVE, OUR ROOM ON THE 18TH FLOOR GAVE US A MAGNIFICENT VIEW OVER SAIGON, FOR THE FIRST WEEK WE EXPLORED THE CITY AND GENERALLY RELAXED IN THE AFTERNOON,THE HOTEL HAD A SHUTTLE SERVICE WHICH HAD FIVE DROP OFF POINTS IN DISTRICT 1 AND RAN EVERY HOUR OVER THE SAME ROUTE.WE BASICALLY STAYED AWAY FROM WESTERN FOOD AND INDULGED IN THE LOCAL CULTURES AND FOODS.THE MEALS AT THE WINDSOR WERE OUTSTANDING AND THE SERVICE IN THE DINING AREAS WERE OF THE HIGHEST ORDER,I CANNOT COMPLIMENT THE SERVICE OF THE STAFF ENOUGH. THE SECOND WEEK WE TOOK DAY TRIPS TO THE MEKONG DELTA AND TRAVELLED TO AN ISLAND IN THE DELTA TO A PLACE CALLED THE FARM WHERE WE INDULGED IN LOCAL CUISIENE ,ALOT OF ACTIVITIES OF INTEREST WERE THERE , ALSO ON ANOTHER DAY WE TRAVELLED TO THE CHU CHI CHI TUNNELS THIS WAS A SOMBRE EXPERIENCE . SO TO SUM UP 2012 HERE WE COME VIETNAM

We stayed in this hotel for about 9 days and I am unable to fault it. At first, I was quite apprehensive about to book it for this hotel based on some of the review but now I think it was the best decision I made in term of hotel booking and I've not since look back. We paid alittle bit extra to stay in the executive room and it was sure a great experience. The check in service for the executive room was efficient and the staff were very accomondating and helpful.The room was big and we were fortunate to have a balcony in our room . The buffet was quite good with a mixture of western and eastern food. The location was quite handy for us and we do enjoy mixing with the local vietnamese and if we want to go to downtown, we take the free shuttle bus to district 1 which is quite good. In all, great experience and will be back if I ever go back to Saigon.
“Windosr Plaza the Place to Stay in HCM City”
We have stayed at this hotel twice, two years in a row. For us it is the hotel of choice to stay in HCM City as the Hotel itself and all of its staff is excellant. The international breakfest buffet is to die for and is great for all tastes from north amercian to asian. In particular the Guest Relation Department Manager and associated staff of exceptional and are able to assist you in anything ranging from tours, to shopping.
