“fabulous place at a fabulous price”
This hotel was lovely, from the clean and stylish room with balcony, to the pool of cool water, to the food eaten on a deck overlooking a lush green field,to the always-friendly service. The location is good and peaceful and near to activities. Absolutely would go back, and would love to stay for a few months. Rented bikes across the street to bike to the beach - wonderful.
“Great Experience with a personal touch”
The staff at Thien Thanh were wonderful. We had booked for three nights and stayed four. The staff were extremely helpful about responding to all of our questions and arranging a driver to take us to My Son and Hue. The service that we experienced was much above anything that I ever experience in a North American hotel. Being a small hotel we got to know that staff quite well and they all came out and waved as we left -- it really felt more like we were visiting family than staying at a hotel. The location is good - every morning we ate on balcony overlooking a field and there were tons of birds around. We had to walk a little ways to get to old town but it was worth it to be in a little quieter area. The rooms were clean and comfortable - nothing fancy but perfect for what we wanted. The rooms were air conditioned -- a big plus in Vietnam!
“A gem”
This hotel was a very pleasant place to stay. The room we were in was nice, and had good views over the fields. Breakfast was reasonable. It was great having wireless in the room, even though it was a bit dodgy at times - but that's probably all of Hoi An (the digital divide in action). But the best thing about the place was the staff - they were very friendly and helpful, and we ended up learning more Vietnamese than we intended, which is saying something for a resistant language learner like me.
“Great service”
When our Jetstar flight was cancelled the staff got on the phone for us and looked for the best flight to suit our needs. They were very helpful and obliging people. Breakfast was great. The room was very clean and invitingly well presented with our towels shaped like swans. The pool was refreshing and very clean. We were very happy with our stay and Thien Thanh Hotel.
“Excellent service and quality at a good price”
The service at this hotel was great and the staff is very friendly. They helped us with all our questions and made our brief one night stay a pleasant one. It's an easy walk to the main part of town so the location is good. The rooms were nice and they have several computers available for internet access. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Hoi An.
“Sweet little hotel”
Very sweet hotel about 10 mins walk from the old town. Lovely staff and small restaurant on terrace overlooking fields. Would stay here again.
“Highly Recommended”
Our two nights at the Thien Thanh Hotel became four. Great friendly staff attended to our every need. Large clean & comfortable rooms. Would return any day. Just delightful.
“We'll be going back for sure”
A great little hotel with very friendly, helpful staff who did everything possible to help the stay more pleasant. They arranged taxis to the beach and even recommended a less toristy beach than Cu Dai. Don't miss An Bang beach with it's beachside restaurants annd bars. Sunbeds and shades free if you buy a meal at the restaurant. Excellent food and great value from about £3 incl a drink per person. Hotel within walking walking distance of Hoi An centre (15 mins) and surrounded by great tailors and spas.
“A special treat”
Having breakfast overlooking a rice paddy is a wonderful experience. A quality hotel for a reasonable price for your stay in Hoi An, Vietnam.
“Lovely little place in Hoi An”
We stayed here for just one night in June. A lovely little hotel within a 5 minute walk of the sights. The owners and staff were all very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped with arranging the tours we wanted to do. The seating area at the back of the hotel was delightful. A new swimming pool, though small, was a welcome addition. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable and air conditioned many with balconies overlooking fields. Mosquito nets are present. Bathrooms very clean. Best feature is the staff, always smiling and always keen to make guests comfortable. Some building work at moment but only during daytime while out sightseeing anyway - not obtrusive. Would stay here again.
