Eaton Smart, Hong Kong's 465 guestrooms are spread over 21 floors; all provide city views. “Pleasantly Surprised”
We were in this hotel for 4 nights in Feb 2012. Our deluxe room on the 13th floor was surprising larger than what we have expected in HK. All the amenities in the newly renovated room were modern and clean. Although the hotel is located along the noisy and busy Nathan Road, we could hardly hear the traffic or noise from the adjacent suites. The staff were very helpful. Will definitely go back to Eaton when we travel back to HK next year.
“Great Hotel..”
I was really impressed with this hotel. I liked everything about it. Speedy check-in, very helpful staff who assisted us every time we asked for directions to places, taxis, umbrellas, extra bottles of water. We stayed on the 11th floor and it was spotless. The cleaners were quiet and very polite as were everyone else we had ealings with there. The hotel is very close to Temple St which I think is heaps better and cheaper than the Ladies Market. I'd be happy to stay here again when I next visit Hong Kong.
“Great location, friendly staff and great food”
Great location, great friendly staff that can speak English , great food and clean luxury room! The hotel only about 3-5 mins from the famous splendid china and the metro station just right in front your door step if you want to go to famous window of the world for only ¥2 each children under 1,2 mtr height don't have to pay for breakfast wich is only ¥80 trust me it's worthed. Me n my hubby will coming back to shenzen n definitely will stay in this hotel again **** stars hotel with ***** hotel quality

Location was good - 5min walk to metro. Room was small but to be expected. Variety of food at location was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, comfortable and in a good position in Kowloon.

Very clean hotel, small room but good enough for sleeping. Daily upkeeps are well done. Location wise is very excellent. 4-5mins walk to Jordan MTR. Staff are friendly and professional. Check out was done in less than 15seconds. Only downside is ventilation in the toilet is not so good. Amenities can be improve. But over all a well deserved 4 stars hotel.
“Good hotel, good service, will stay again.”
We stayed in club and all was fine. In fact we worked late in the club lounge and drank coffee while we worked. As we worked after the free drink time the staff kindly volunteered to arrange a glass of wine to be sent to our room while we were at the gym. We wanted a glass of white and a glass of red - we received a bottle of each! Value for money is excellent as the prices of the waterside hotels rises steadily. I am a frequent business traveller - I shall stay here again.
“Fantastic hotel and near everything”
We stayed in 3 different hotels during our trip to the Far East and this was the best hotel we stayed in. It may not be a big name chain but we were impressed by the hotel. There was some renovation noise going on during the day but this didn't matter. If you pay a little extra for access to the E club it is so worth it. You get free access to the internet all day, great breakfast and a little buffet in the evening. Everything is great about the hotel and even the rooftop swimming pool. Stay there you won't regret it. It is great value for money and is near everything you need to be.
“A really perfect place to stay”
this hotel is in a great position for most of the sights of Hongkong. It was very comfortable and all the staff spoke English well and were very helpful. The buffets are fab. No complaints at all
“Great hotel good location”
This hotel is excellent and great value for money it is situated on Nathan Road with lots of shops within easy reach, the staff are curtious and efficient and I would be very happy to stay there again.
