top-notch service from start to finish; best location in Kowloon; property right on top of the subway.

Excellent Hotel in a central position. Booking through expedia we were upgraded to a Harbour View room which was fabulous.
“great location and view”
We stayed at the Kowloon Hotel for 3 nights. It's definitely more expensive than most places we stay in when we travel at home in Canada, but Hong Kong is expensive. We were looking for comfort, cleanliness, and location. We were very satisfied. The hotel is a block from the waterfront, right on Nathan Road, and right at a subway stop. Our room was rather small with only a double bed, but for 3 nights we didn't really care about that. We would stay here again if we traveled back to Hong Kong in the future.
“Great location, Great Price, Great Hotel”
This was my first trip to Hong Kong, and I was there for a short business trip. The hotel was perfect. Great location within the city - walking distance to tons of stores and restaurants, and plenty of taxis for longer trips. Rooms were small, but extremely clean and well maintained. Overall, extremely satisfied!
“Convenient Hotel”
You need to get over two negatives, First, the rooms are small. Par for course in Hong Kong, but a shock to those not prepared for this. Second, they charge separately for each device you hook up to the wifi/internet. Otherwise, this is a great hotel. The entrance to the subway system is right in front of the hotel. The hotel is right in the middle of the Nathan Road strip. Easy walking distance to Star Ferry, Ocean Terminal , Walk of Stars. Photo ops every other step in the neighbourhood. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, service, and food. Bar is expensive. Comfortable hotel but rooms a bit small (Asian standard).

Stayed in the Kowloon on the E package, room was slightly small but the staff were friendly could not do enough for us and the breakfast was great. The postioning of the hotel was good and we would definately stay there again.
“Always an excellent Stay”
Great place to stay in Kowloon. Walk to everything, Star Ferry, Night Market, Ladies Market, Subway, ocean Mall, restaraunts, etc. Staff at Hotel are very professional and eager to please. Lounge is a great place to meet with customers, friends, listen to the nightly music.

Good hotel. Room was little small but very clean. Very friendly hotel staff. Convenient location, right next to a MTR station.
