“Luxury and Service at a price”
A really comfortable hotel served by the Airport Express bus - very cheap, quick, easy and convenient from the airport. Very busy lobby but lot's of staff and everyone very helpful and polite. Good restaurants, bars and facilities but, like everything in Hong Kong it comes at a price.
“Very good value for money; staff very attentive. Only a few minutes by tax to Central.”
Good location. Very helpful and considerate staff. I had had a long flight and looked tired, so the reception gave me a room upgrade at no extra charge to ensure I got a good sleep. The food in the hotel's various restaurants was good. Internet access was effective and fast. The hotel is located on the sea front and is a five minute tax ride to Central, the main business district. There is a free hotel bus to the main rail station which provides fast access to Kowloon and the Airport. Room was attractive, neat and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.
“Wonderful hotel right on the water”
I reserved a Deluxe Harbor View room and the gorgeous view of Hong Kong harbor was worth the extra money. The ground floor has an espresso cafe with the best espresso drinks I have had since Italy. They also serve flaky, mouth-watering croissants and at 8 a.m. every day, warm portugese egg tarts. Gracious, friendly service. Shopping of every kind just feet from the door. A delightful hotel.
“Incredible lodging experience!!”
The service was impeccable. The employees couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommend.
“Great for business but not children”
All ammenities for business, had great services, they serviced my visa, online computer in room, etc. but no play room for children and no ongoing sitter service like hotels with play rooms. I sometimes combine business and pleasure with my children, this hotel I only use for business, restaurants are restrictive tward children, they stayed in the room way too much.
“Hong Kong Warmth and Courtesy”
I was a single woman traveling alone and I was treated with great respect and consideration. The staff was wonderful and I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
“great hote for shopping in hongkong”
this hotel is so convenience for shopping but not for business.
“great hotel great location”
i stayed in harbour view room ... it was great with great view .... good location near the station... friendly staff ...
“hong kong is fantastic”
same as above
“Great location.”
I would definatly recommend this spot, so convenient and well priced. Great restaurants either in the hotel or within walking distance and super helpful staff.
